Dillon,Colorado is superbly located,just 1-1/2 hrs. drive from Denver International airport, and between 10 - 30 minutes from four major ski resorts: Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail.
This spacious condo is on the shore of Lake Dillon with a breath-taking panoramic view of the lake and mountains,seen through our 16ft wide expanse of floor to ceiliing windows in the living room .Colorado enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year and is a paradise for the sports lover, both in winter and summer.
Winter offers downhill and cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, and dog sledding, while in summer, cycling on over 50 miles of paved bike paths connect Keystone, Dillon ,Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper and Vail. Mountain hikes are numerous and varied. Bicycles, sailboats, kayaks and canoes can be rented. There are five golf courses within 20 minute drive. Stables are nearby at Keystone.
Our condo is elegantly furnished in contemporary south-western style, with considerable artwork,books and games.
In summer there are concert performances by the National Repertory Orchestra as well as other music groups, in Breckenridge. The Dillon amphitheater,overlooking the lake, also has concerts.

Why the Owner Chose Anchorage West
We came up to the mountains one hot summer weekend to bike around the lake. We saw this property advertised in a real estate paper while having lunch. We called the agent and when we saw it, and the incredible view from the huge expanse of windows - we were sold!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We can sit out on the deck for lunch winter and summer, and watch the myriad sparkles of the sun on the lake while looking at the mountains cross the water; watch the yacht races, or take our bikes and cycle along the bike path to Keystone, or into Frisco for lunch and take a kayak to paddle around the islands.We are so close to the water you can toss a tennis ball into the lake from our deck!.

Postcard perfect views of mountain ranges! Absolutely gorgeous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Dillon largely due to the wonderful accommodations provided us. When given a choice, everyone wanted to go back to the condo (instead of eating out) to hang out after a long day on the mountain even if that meant dinner might be a couple hours away (yes, Mom was tired too). I really like the floor plan of this condo. The master is nicely separated from the other rooms so going to bed early was easy to do. As well, I was impressed at how thoughtful our host had prepared for guests. I don't think we wanted for anything, even down to wood for making fires in the wood burning fireplace. Perfect for a nice winter holiday. Super convenient location, close by Keystone and just a short drive to Breckenridge. Thank you so much for everything!

Our family of three adults had a lovely time during our five night stay over Christmas. We all agreed that this was the best condo out of the five or six that we have rented over the years. Skiers enjoyed Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain, and I enjoyed walking along the trail going east along the lake. The wood burning fireplace was delightful, and the kitchen was fully equipped, even with grocery store customer cards. One of our favorite eateries, Jersey Boys, is just up the hill. We were extremely comfortable and the view over the lake is fabulous. We would like to return in warmer weather. Thanks again!

We've had a wonderful holiday. the condo is lovely and its cery well kitted out. The view is breath-taking. We've enjoyed sitting out on the decking. We've visited lots of different places including the National Park at Estes Park, its a must.

Here we are again a this great condo for skiing at Keystone. the snow and sunshine has been brilliant to us. The kids love the ski school at River Run, Keystone and they've come on a treat. Once again the condo has ben great to stay at - very central and so well stocked with all the small thought of things like tissue boxes everywhere which are really needed. Kitchen is great too with plenty of all you need. Oonagh you've been wonderful again keeping in touch before and during our stay here.
