Welcome to your perfect vacation home. Our nicely appointed, three bedroom, two bath home is just a three minute walk to the beach and bike trail, within walking distance to a Supermarket with a weekly Farmer's Market and has a backyard view of Morro Rock.

This newly refurnished home has a family room with gas fireplace, open to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room. The second semi-private living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and 42 inch Plasma TV. There's RV parking for your boat or motor home and a two-car garage.

There's great beach access with miles of beautiful, uncrowded coastline. Enjoy hunting for shells, surfing, and watching the seals and otters at play. Making sand castles, boogie boarding and kite flying are great family fun. Don't forget to check out our world-class wineries, championship golf courses and some of the best shopping and antiquing you can imagine.

Just when you think you've seen it all, enjoy the beautiful sunset from one of our many award-winning restaurants on the harbor. After dinner take a romantic stroll on the beach, then settle in for a relaxing evening by the fire.

  • What a wonderful home! My 5 sisters and Mother have a yearly "sisters weekend" and found this large but cozy home ideal (The layout was very easy for my Mom to maneuver her walker). What a beautiful location and so accessible to the beach and park. We walked, talked, laughed and just had a good time. We enjoyed the house so much we never ventured out for meals. We sat outside with our wine and nibbles to enjoy the company and ambiance. Tamara, it was everything and more that you described. Thank so much for allowing us to stay in your home!! We will definitely be back.

  • We had a really nice stay at this property in Morro Bay over Labor Day Weekend (8/29/08 - 9/1/08). It was a wonderful halfway point for us in Southern California to meet up with our extended family coming down from the Bay Area. The house was clean & quiet, and suited all our needs for 6 adults, 2 children, and 1 young infant. The owner is super-sweet and informative which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

  • We stayed this vacation rental 8-1-08 thru 8-9-08 The house was all we hoped it would be and then some. Lot's of space and it was fully equipped. Two blocks from the beach and a short drive to local shopping and dining. We will definitley stay there again. i would strongly recommend this rental to anyone. The owners are amazing please don't look any furthur for a vacation home!!!!

  • We stayed from 7/19 to 7/26 and like the people who rented this home the week before us we did not want to go home either! The weather was perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the ocean. The house was plenty big for my husband and my and our 3 daughters who live at home still and my oldest daughter, her husband and kids. And the owners are wonderful and easy to work with. Thanks for making our vacation so relaxing and worry free.

  • We rented this house from 7/12 to 7/19/08. What a fantastic vacation rental! Plenty of room for 7-8 people - very comfortable. Every convenience and then some. My husband, daughter, her husband and two kids plus another son and friend stayed quite comfortably. Close to Hwy 1 - just a few minutes walk from the beach - great location. We spent many hours on the beach with the 4 year old - who relished her first up close and personal experience with the ocean. No one wanted to come home when our time was up - we had such a great time. Owner is super nice and very helpful. Highly recommended - guaranteed to be a rewarding experience from beginning to end.

  • My parents, my husband and my 4 children and I stayed in Morro Bay over memorial day weekend. The house was in a SUPER location to the beach. Each morning and night we walked to the beach, built sand castles and walked along the ocean. The house was very clean and well cared for. We had a great time!

  • Thanks, Tamara, for the use of your beautiful home. We, too, enjoyed daily walks to the beach, and the guestbook packed with information. The furnishings are comfortable and attractive. Three things I will bring with me next time (and there will be a next time) are wooden spoons, a pizza cutter and an afghan or light blanket, because it was a little cool, but we didn't want to turn the heater on. We have stayed in several houses in this area and we all agree that yours is the best. Thanks, again!
