  We stayed here for a week in December. It is a very nice condo. We are a family of four, so everyone had their own room which was very nice. Well decorated, nice kitchen, lots of closet space, nice balcony and a huge laundry room which is very convenient to have on vacation. So it is a very nice condo and thats not the best part. The best part is it's location!! It is located right next to the brand new Pier Park. This place has everything you could want when on vacation. Plenty of places to eat Margaritiville, some seafood places, Buffalo Wild Wings, and the best pizza that I ever ate Red Brick Pizza are all within easy walking distance. There are also several places to get ice cream and desserts there. And also plenty of places to shop including a Nike outlet etc. Also a Target store to get everything you need for your stay and to stock the fridge!! You really don't have to have a car. Stay at the beach all day walk over to pier park in the evening.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: It makes my day when people tell me how much they enjoyed there stay. I keep my condo in very good condition, it is what some people call pride of ounership. I feel Calypso is the best location in Panama city beach, That is why I purchased it.

  When I walked into our rental I was very pleased. It was perfect. It was CLEAN,it did not have the musty smell like some of the condos have that are on the beach. I have rented houses & condos on the beach and I have to say this one was perfect. I have to write this because I am terrified of bugs, I bring a can of raid with me on every vacation , I know sometimes by the BEACH there might be an occasion where you will see an unwelcome guest, I DID NOT! We had a great time here. We never ran out of things to do. The beach was great , seaweed the first two days.We did hear that seaweed was unusual. No need to rent a chair bring your own chairs and umbrella , alot of people did this. Waverunners and parasailing right on the beach. We chose to take a 2 hour tour on the waverunner. Loved it. I forget the company's name I know there was the word Sunshine in the title. Great Tour, Yes we did see the dolphins. Pier Park was great. My teenagers walked there often. So much to do here for young and old. In closeing I have to say Thank You to Leland. He is such a good person. You will NOT be disappointed Would I stay here again , Yes I would.

  Leland was great to work with. Great communication. The condo is in an ideal location and has plenty of room for a family. Walking distance to Pier Park and right on the beach. The condo was ideal and in excellent condition. They do have an ethernet cable for internet to plug into your laptop. The workout room there is just treadmills and ellipticals. The pool is very nice but the only drawback is people getting down there when it opens, I believe at 9, laying out their towels so they can come down later. Don't be afraid to let security know that people are doing that. They're not supposed to. Ate at Dusty's Seafood, which was beyond Pier Park, but still within walking distance. Good place to go if you don't mind waiting. Five Guys and Reggae J's were good also. Enjoyed Tootsie's for some country music.

  We just returned from a memorable vacation in Panama City Beach! Leland was wonderful to work with and I would recommend renting from him in a heartbeat! The condo is well maintained and beautiful. The location can't be beat. You won't regret your stay here!! Thank you, Leland for being so accomodating to our family, we truly had a fantastic time!! We hope to do this again next year!!

  We haven't been to PCB in about 17 years, my whole family decided to go this year so we had a total of 5 rooms there at the Calypso, which we all very nice. We were the only ones that did a two bedroom, I am so thankful that we ran across this condo on VRBO. It was better than described in the pictures, it was perfect for us. All of the rooms were very roomy and was beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture. The condo was very well equipped with everything that we needed. The balcony was very nice, bigger than most others that we have had in the past, had comfy furniture that we sat on every morning as we enjoyed watching dolphins and stingrays. It was a pleasure renting from you Leland and thank you so much for sharing your condo with us, we definitely hope to return soon!

  This condo exceeded our expectations! Very clean and well equipped! Our family loved our stay here, and hope to rent from Leland again. This is definately one our favorite places to stay now. 2 very nice pools. Nice view of the fishing pier especially at sunset. The condo is right across the street from Pier Park. Which was a big plus for us! Leland, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo. I hope to rent from you again in July of 2012!

  My family has stayed at this condo a couple of times and it is our favorite vacation destination. The condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenties of home. You can enjoy the beautiful ocean views from the balcony--located right off the living room and master bedroom. Calypso is located at the quieter end of PCB, within walking distance of Pier Park. The owner is pleasant and so easy to work with, providing affordable first-class lodging at this beautiful resort. There is a good restaurant right across the street and a tiki bar to enjoy, located between the two huge outdoor swimming pools. We stayed here for our oldest son's first trip to the beach when he was 2 years old and the memories will last a lifetime. We look forward to many future returns to this condo.

  We have stayed with leland's condo twice now. The two bedrooms & bunkroom are a good family place and it has always been very clean when we arrived. Location is great since you can easily walk to the fishing pier and to several restaurants and shops. The kids make many friends swimming at the pool. great value for your money.

  The condo was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. It is close to the mall and many other restaurants are within walking distance. We liked the fact that the condo is very family oriented. Even though it was spring break we didn't have to put up with a bunch of partying college kids. I would definitely consider renting this condo again the next time we visit Panama City Beach.
