The lanai is accessible through double sliders in living room and sliders from the master bedroom. The master bedroom has an air conditioned walk-in closet. The living/dining room has cathederal ceilings. There is a shared pool and air conditioned clubhouse.
The unit has been updated with new tile. There is a self cleaning oven and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The living room is furnished with a couch and loveseat as well as an entertainment center with a 27"stereo TV, VCR-DVD and CD stereo system. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
