The living room has a comfy full-size sofa plus a chaise, 50 inch big screen TV with cable access, a DVD player, desk and chair. Wireless Internet access is provided at no additional cost. An assortment of books and movies are provided for use during your stay. Sliding glass doors open to the corner balcony, furnished with a wrought iron pub table and two chairs, from which you have dramatic views of the mountains, the waterfall and sparkling pool.
The Master Bedroom window overlooks the lush landscape, pool and mountains. There is a new Queen-size bed with pillow top mattress, nightstand, dresser, and TV. In the walk-in closet, you will find two plush, white spa bathrobes for use during your stay. The linen closet is stocked with extra pillows, linens and towels including beach towels. The spacious bathroom has a tub and shower, with sliding glass doors and large vanity.
The home has climate controlled Air Conditioning and Heating, plus ceiling fans in the living and bedroom. Reserved, covered parking is adjacent to the condo, with no stairs to climb to reach your home away from home.
This home is available as a vacation rental or long term furnished rental. Long-term lease price is negotiable.
