Our home is on a two-acre parcel which is extremely rare in Southern California close to the beach. It is very private and peaceful. The home is four bedrooms and three bathrooms with large windows for light and views outside to the park-like grounds, with many trees and flowers surrounding the home. There are two fireplaces and hardwood floors. In the living room there is a 60-inch, high definition TV. There are ceiling fans throughout the home. You are only minutes to the beach.
You can see Catalina Island and San Clemente Island while you eat breakfast on the front patio. Ther are so many places in the back yard to sit and enjoy the incredable landscaping while listening to the cd stereo system. The back yard has a barbecue area with a 25 foot palapa cover that can seat 15 people. There is a very large pool area with a jacuzzi, waterfall, and a rock slide. There is a pool bar, sand volleyball court, and yoga/exercise room. The home is a wonderful escape. Please Note: We have a one week minimum and no pets.

From January 5th to April 30 the rate is $590/night when booking a 7 day minimum,
and 2 to 6 nights bookings are $670/night.
From May 1st to September 5th the rate is $750 when booking a 7 day minimum,
and 2 to 6 nights bookings are $830/night.
From September 5th to December 15th the rate is $590/night with a 7 day minimum,
and 2 to 6 nights bookings are $670/night.
The home is $890/night during fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year
There is a 10% bed tax.
