  Thank you so much for a beautiful stay at the Treasure Island in PCB! We were very pleased with Emerald Coast Destination services and our condo. Our condo was everything and more we could ask for. We had pans and pots, a fridge, and everything else to cook our breakfast and lunch every day. We know each condo is independently owned so that means not every condo is the same when it comes to décor, maintenance and cleanliness. Therefore, we want to say thank you again for such a great experience!

  This unit has pretty expensive furnitures. I was so in love with this unit that I didnt even wanted to go back to my little apartment. Very well kept. Huge balcony, great to sit around, have drinks and enjoy the view. Unit is clean, linens,towels and kitchen is fully stocked, no issues. Everything was beyond our expectations.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We stayed with one other couple in a 3 bedroom condo with kids. The elevators worked fine, we unloaded our car and were in the condo in 15 minutes. Yes parking is limited, we parked across the street in a well lit lot, but .. virtually all hotels and condos have to do the same thing. We brought our own chairs and umbrella. When we arrived room was ready to check in and it was a nicest room we have ever seen. Very clean and beautiful decor. Totally worth the money we spent. On top of that, we had an amazing time here. There is a pool and hot tub on the property, sauna, steam bath and work out room, all were clean and well maintained. Over all, we all agreed we would stay there again.

  The place was beautiful and you could tell that it is fairly new. We easily walked to the Super-Walmart, restaurants, and other stores.The unit we were in was clean. The carpets were freshly cleaned for the season. The kitchen was equipped as a rental unit should be. Our patio furniture was great. The view was awesome. In considering this was a 3 bedroom 3 bath on tte beach...the value $$$ was very good. Definitely stay again.

  These Condos were huge! enough space for our very large extended family! Three bedrooms each very well decorated and furnished! The Condo was very clean and absolutely fantastic! Others might find that the pool is a bit small but this did not bother me one bit as I go to the beach for the BEACH not the pool! The balconies are huge and had plenty of space to accommodate our entire family

  In spite of Tropical Storm Debby spending some time with us while staying here, it was a great stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pictures on this website are right on. The only trouble we had was with the elevators, they were never available, we used the stairs to walk to and from the 6th floor most of the time. We did call management once concerning internet access, turns out there is no internet available. There were many restaurants and stores in the area. You will need to bring extra trash bags and toilet paper while staying here, the one roll per bathroom was not enough for 7 of us staying there. Great Views. I have no complaints.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers.

  Everything at the condo was great! We were iffy about staying here because we drive SUVs and all of the reviews on other websites said the parking was ridiculous. That wasn't the case. Parking was as easy as it is in the Walmart parking lot. I suppose you should be able to drive before staying here.. The only problem we had with the parking spaces were that we paid for TWO parking spaces. One of which was taken up by another car when we got there. The other, we have no clue where it was. We were supposed to have parking passes and keys to the condo inside of the condo and there were none. We spoke to a lady at Emerald Coast who said she would have the cleaning people deliver them. A week later, we still didn't have EITHER. One thing we had a problem with were the amount of cleaning supplies/trashbags we WEREN'T given. We only had the trashbags that were in the cans when we got there, and, ONE packent of dish cleaner for the dishwasher. We were expected to buy these things for a condo we expected would have them. Also, anytime we needed the manager, they were "out of the office." At one time, the manager was "gone to the bank," for almost 4 hours. Luckily we didn't need anything TOO important. We were trying to figure out how to get into the steam room and/or the sauna. The codes that were given to us did not work. Needless to say, we never got to try either of them. Last but not least, we were supposed to recieve wristbands for everyone in our group so we could enter the hottub/pool area. We didn't get any of them. Aside from the little things that went wrong with our trip, we overall LOVED the condo. We probably wouldn't rent this specific one again, due to the fact that the condo is mainly for older people. VERY nice, though! Thanks Bob!
