Loft has a huge master bedroom with king bed and separate desk/office area. Bath has make-up vanity and large tiled custom-built walk-in shower.
Main floor living, dining and kitchen all face the deck which has tempered glass so you can enjoy the view of the hills, the city below and wildlife. 40" flat screen LCD TV mounted over the log-burning fireplace. Large bedroom on main floor has king bed, and bath has large tiled custom-built walk-in shower. Deck on back runs length of house and has the "view to die for" with chairs and a bar and bar stools.

Rally 2010 - Family room/walk-out.. $1200/wk for 2, $1600/wk for 4. See calendar.
We request 30% deposit, non-refundable, to hold dates. Balance due 3
weeks prior to arrival along with $300 damage deposit which we hold
for return to you after house is cleaned and checked. Personal check,money order.
