This spacious and luxurious townhome is located on the banks of the Gore Creek, a Colorado Gold Medal stream, in sunny West Vail. It is on the bike path and the FREE Town of Vail Bus Line stops apx 50 yards from the front door. The location is ideal as you are minutes by car from both the Gondola and grocery and liquor stores. Our home has a wide variety of amenities that you will not find in this price range if you are renting from a property management company. The residence was extensively remodeled in 2002 and is constantly being updated. It includes a large, private Master Suite with separate tiled bath, two sinks, and a double steam shower . The kitchen is complete with new appliances, cabinets, granite countertops, plenty of storage and a full spice rack! The two additional bedrooms share a full bath. One bedroom contains a pair of twin beds and the other a pair of twin beds and a trundle. There is a large flat-screen tv a DVD and VCR in the Living area and a flat screen TV and DVD in the master bedroom as well as the bedroom w/twin beds and a trundle. The residence is eclectically decorated with vintage posters and photographs for a warm and inviting feel. A truly unique property in a great location. To maintain the high quality of the home we do not rent to parties larger than 7 people. No Smoking. Well behaved pets allowed by special arrangement and with additional costs.
