This beautiful, recently remodeled unit has new kitchen appliances, corian countertops, and new cabinets. It also boasts new full-size washer and dryer, tile floors, and new bath vanities. The kitchen is fully equipped. The unit enjoys central air, two cable connected TVs, CD/VCR player, beach towels, etc. On the upper level, the large master bedroom features a king-size bed, full wall closets, and en-suite bathroom. The large second bedroom contains twin beds, full closets, and a separate bathroom is adjacent. There is a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area that is enjoined by a half bath.
The complex offers - heated pool and spa, shuffleboard, saunas, game and party room, tennis courts, covered assigned parking. Two elevators with baggage carts are at your disposal. The complex has been freshly painted and is well maintained. Pool and beach chairs are provided. Smoking and Pets Are Not Allowed. Two week minimum stay. Rates vary by the season.
Holmes Beach offers free bus shuttles that provide service to grocery stores, an excellent library, restaurants, shopping, and points of interest. Activities nearby include swimming, beach walking and shelling (all right in front), bicycling, golf, both casual and fine dining, live theater, aquariums, fishing, shopping, and more. Full medical facilities are near by.
