This Moroccan-inspired villa is walled and gated, providing great privacy. The 3000 Sq.Ft.home features lovely gardens, including a romantic Palmeraie. In additon the Jacuzzi, pool and pool deck provide a great place to enjoy the sun all day long.
Each of the three bedrooms has a private bath. There is great separation of space as each bedroom has its own wing of the house or in one case, is located on the second story. In addition, a small den with its own bathroom and fireplace easily converts to a fourth bedroom. Note: when the den is used as a 4th bedroom it is only semi private as the 3rd bedroom is accessed by walking through the den.
Located in historic Deepwell, this beautiful quiet neighborhood is just minutes from the central village of Palm Springs and minutes from dining, shopping and entertainment.
For 30 years this house was the home of Marjorie Main, an Oscar nominated supporting actor. She was in such great films as
"The Women", "Meet me in St Louis", "The Egg and I" and she also played Ma Kettle in "Ma and Pa Kettle." She was indeed a "character."
