Our newly renovated, private home is quite a treat for golfers and all those that love the desert communities. The outstanding views all around set the stage for your perfect desert getaway.
We have large bedrooms and both large living and kitchen areas that provide big home like feelings so you will not feel cramped like so many Condominiums. Lots of storage for you to move right into. King bed, queen bed, and two rollaway beds can sleep six, with TV's in both bedrooms and the living room.
The large kitchen island and pony bar will provide a center of activity that leads outside to your private pool and spa overlooking the 6th tee box of Palm Desert Country Club. Enjoy a glass of fresh squeezed juice from the backyard citrus trees.

First, Palm Desert Country Club is NOT a country club. It is an old, run down, non-gated neighborhood that has an abandoned golf course in the middle of it. The backyard pool and spa are the best features of the home but the view is of an overgrown, unattended golf course. The photos of the house makes it look better than it is. The house is clean but dated. The king bed is in the second bedroom instead of the master. The master bedroom has a master bath. The second bedroom uses a bath in the hall. There is a great grapefruit tree in the front yard. The neighborhood, decor and amenities just do not justify the price.
Owner response:Just a few quick responses to the comments. The name Palm Desert CC was established when the course was built, and of course if it were a traditional "Country Club" otherwise our guests would not be allowed to stay there. The course went bankrupt a year ago and is currently in escrow with new owners. However the course has been kept up as it was on the market so it looked good for showing. Our community is non-gated, we are a mid income family neighborhood built in the 1960's. Our photos were taken by us and have not been enhanced and we believe they represent the features. Thanks for the clean comment, as your email request stated "Two senior couples looking for a clean well appointed rental". We feel that you received exactly what you asked for. We chose to put the larger bed in the back bedroom because when we have guests we like to offer the ensuite bathroom to them. Walking down the short hallway to use the bathroom has never been mentioned by anyone staying in our home over the last 6 years. Our pricing seems to be in line with other homes in the area as we get many rentals every year and have had several return renters. One renter this year will be returning next year for an extended stay. We have had many renters over the years that have left great hand written notes about how much they have enjoyed our home. We try hard to offer a rental home at a attractive price for people to enjoy. Sorry this couple was not one of our happy renters.
