Brisa Caribe/Caribbean Breeze: Available directly from the owner as a five, six, seven, eight or nine-bedroom villa for groups of up to 20, this 6500 square-foot luxurious and unique oceanfront villa is one of a kind.
The villa is decorated with unusual objects de art and furniture the owners have gathered during a lifetime of travel and life abroad. To showcase this eclectic collection, the bedrooms have each been done in a specific theme. You can spend a week in Africa, Persia, Buenos Aires, the Far East, Mediterranean, Caribbean, South America, Mexico or follow the Bombay trading route. Not neglecting your comfort, all bedrooms have high quality pillow top mattresses and linens, private security safes, CD/i-Pod/radios, alarm clocks and attached bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, plush towels and comfy bathrobes.
A fabulous kitchen, which should please even the most discerning chef. One indoor and three outdoor dining areas. One indoor and two outdoor bars, numerous terraces, an entertainment center with satellite TV offering the networks and more than 20 movie channels. A video DVD and book library, puzzles and games, wireless internet connection, XBOX video game system, two private pools with waterfalls, hammocks under a palapa, volleyball or soccer on the sand, scuba diving and snorkeling right in front of the villa, tranquil courtyard with fountain in back, bicycles, telephone, gas and charcoal bar-b-ques, the list goes on...
Two housekeepers, a gardener and a handyman, ensure things are kept clean and working well. An English speaking property manager will assist you with your check in and is available should you have a problem. Massage and a cook are available at the villa for an extra charge.

This was our first time visiting Mexico. This was a dream vacation the villa was perfect, I felt very safe as it was a gated community. We had 18 people for a 60th birthday and never felt crowded. The villa was exeptionaly clean and well maintained, the beds were very comfortable, the decor through out the house was AMAZING!!! The view from all levels of the villa was spectacular!!! The staff was very accomadating and very happy they were a pleasure to have in the villa, made you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend the cook, the food was delicious and lots of it. I would recommend this home to all my family and friends It was a vacation of a lifetime.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Exceed's All Expectations!!! This amazing Villa was the perfect accommodation for our friends 60th birthday party. The Villa has everything that you can possibly want.The amazing decor in all of the rooms,beautiful dinning area inside and out, the pool,private beach,the lush gardens and the fabulous staff that makes you feel like you are at home. Not to mention the excellent advice we received from the owner on our excursions and the decision to hire his private cook's. The food was excellent and plentyfull. The location of the Villa was great , we were within walking distance to some unique bars,restaurants and shop's. Our group alway"s felt safe as being in a gated community. Can hardly wait until the next celebration so we can return again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

Everything describing this luxury villa was accurate and then some.The photos rendering this oasis did not do it any justice.Much more beautiful in real life. The staff and owners were very courteous and helpful in answering all our questions and enlightened us on every thing to do from walkind 5 minuets away to souvinier hunting to relaxing by the dolphin display enjoying a margerita..More than has the comforts of home here and with an added touch we hired a chef at a more than reasonable rate to spoil us even further..Worry free vacation,and we all will be returning to this exact location next trip..Thanks again to the resort owners for making this most memorable..Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

WOW......Fantastic place! 18 of us from Canada stayed one week and had the time of our lives!!! Owners bent over backwards to please us and the home is set up perfect for privacy among couples with many meeting areas to enjoy gatherings...get the chef to do the cook"in and lay back and enjoy the sun and views..will be back..Recommended for: Adventure seekers.

Doug, Selina and I had such a great trip to Mexico. As I has mentioned it was my first trip to Mexico and what a great way to be introduced. Your villa is exceptional, clean, well maintained and well equipped with anything we needed. I am really glad we hired the chefs to prepare us breakfast and dinner everyday. The food and staff was fantastic and I would highly recommend anyone going to definitely look into getting the chefs to cook for them. I really liked the area of Puerto Adventuras and you and Shelly are so knowledgeable about the entire area, it made it real easy to plan our days. We will definitely come back again, maybe sooner than later. Thanks Doug for your great hospitality. Recently stayed at this property and had an absolutely wonderful holiday. We were 18 strong for a 60th birthday and never felt crowded as the house has an abundance of room and loads of ambience. The owners were very accommodating going to great lengths to ensure our holiday was enjoyable. They took care of booking several outings for our group. The cooks were an added touch it was so great not to worry about groceries or what to make for dinner. They had great menus and the food was fabulous. I would highly recommend this property for any group size.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

I can't think of a better venue to have hosted my own 40th birthday party! Spending quality time with friends and family from all over the U.S. at Brisa Caribe for a week will certainly go down as one of life's highlights for me. The location is perfect and your home is both gorgeous and comfortable, and having the talented cooks on hand was definitely an added bonus. We just stayed a week at this house and had an unforgetable vacation, We had a group of 12 and had ample room. The view was spectacular as were the grounds which include a full beach volleyball court. The owner was super organized and hospitable. Everything was clean and well maintained. My only concern was the bedding wasn't very breathable (had a rubber liner) so I got sweaty as did other while trying to sleep. I would highly recommend the house and generally the Puerto Aventuras area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.
