Welcome to our "Wee Bit" of Paradise!
We are a Scottish couple whose second home is a stunning upper floor end unit condominium boasting approximately 1700 square-feet in the fabulous and highly-acclaimed Vasari Country Club. The property comprises Two Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms and a Den with a pull-out sofa.
The 'Matera' is situated lakeside with a direct view to the focal point of Vasari - The Clubhouse. Every effort has been made to create a complete 'home-from-home' environment and upgrades a-plenty include stainless steel appliances and granite counters in the kitchen with TVs in every room including a 50-inch wide-screen unit in the living area. The unit offers a telephone service that permits 'free' calls to the US & Canada complete with HBO add-on(s) and a 'WIFI' internet capability. Dining areas exist for both the formal and casual experience with an additional facility established in the screened Lanai. The Master Bedroom offers a king-sized bed complete with twin 'walk-in' dressing rooms. (The Matera sleeps six)
Travel:
Located in North Naples, Vasari is approximately ten minutes' drive to the shore and beaches, it is twenty minutes south of Fort Myers airport and fifteen minutes south of Miromar Lakes Factory Outlets. It is three to four minutes' drive from a supermarket, pharmacy and gas station. The prestigious 5th Avenue in downtown Naples is less than 20 minutes away.
N.B Regrettably, it will not be possible to accommodate smokers and/or pets.
