Casa Las Flores is a private and secluded, luxury oceanfront villa located just a few minutes by boat to some of Cozumel's most spectacular and world-renowned reefs. Located about 8.5 miles from the main square downtown makes it only about 12-15 minutes away by car or taxi. Here at your oceanside retreat you can relax in privacy (there is currently only one neighboring home), enjoy the breath-taking views of the water and Caribbean sunsets, and you'll find this spacious and tasteful luxury villa a joy.
The entire villa is elegantly furnished with marble floors, imported wood and rattan furniture, and custom made mahogany cabinets and tables.
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and there is also a guest apartment with an additional bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room.
Some of the amenities included at this villa are central air conditioning in the main villa (window units in the guest apartment), private pool, poolside lounge chairs, covered poolside terrace, secure dive and snorkel equipment rinse and storage area, pressurized water system, reading and video library, all three bedrooms in the main villa have terraces overlooking the pool and ocean, and much more!
