There are also a number of guest spaces and on street parking in the area.&nbsp;Situated on the lower ground floor, access to the apartment is through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor.</p> <p>A particular feature of the apartment is the large balcony at the front of the property.
