The bottom floor has a large L-shaped living/dining area with fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Also, on the first floor is a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, cable TV, half bath, and cable TV throughout the entire house. On the second floor is the master bedroom with king size bed with pillow top mattress, private bath, and private balcony outside of master bedroom. Also, on this floor is a ''kids bunk room'' with 2 bunk beds (full bottom bed, top is twin) which sleeps six. Second floor also includes full bath and laundry room. The third floor has 2 extra large bedrooms, both with king size beds, and lounge area. Other amenities include 4 cable outlets, big-screen TV, surround sound, outside deck with 8-10 person jacuzzi.
Dining accommodations for twelve, large commercial grill, outdoor shower. Patio furniture on lawn, front porch, and side deck. Mahogany front porch, fully furnished.
Completely finished basement with ping pong and pool table, cable TV, and workout room. Full size futon included in basement.
