If you want the best beach holidays, we have it all. Oceanfront, directly above the pool with breathtaking views of the Gulf and the powdery white sand. Our large heated pool faces the Gulf. Also for your enjoyment we have shuffle board courts, three large barbeque grills and beach volleyball. Our building is well maintained. All you need to worry about is not missing any of the picturesque sun sets.

I love the area especially Indian Shores, FL. The beaches are just plain beautiful and the water is a great color. There are lots of things to do in and around the area. Restaurants are great and music in lots of the places at night. The weather is perfect. It is hard to beat.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Large beautiful heated pool. Beautiful entrance to property of a great street. Barbarque grills out side for use and games to be played on the property outside on the beach. You can get wireless hook-up for your computer. The building is painted beautiful and different colors on the outside. Mangement keeps good conduct in and around the bulding so that there is never in trouble and is always nice and peacefull.

I have had a enjoyable life and worked hard. I have 2 MA Degrees, taught for 10 yrs., and was Principal for 24 yrs. I have always had businesses on the side(two convenience markets in the 80's). I have rental homes in Kingsport, TN and rental condos in Indian Shores, FL. I was born and raised in Sevierville near Gatlinburg, TN. I live in Kingsport, TN. I like to play tennis, ride bicycles, and hike. I have riden the old railroad bed trails in 12 states. I go to FL and spend the winters on a little island about 40 miles south of Tampa. I am single and have two grown girls. Life is good.

We had a great time at Holiday Villas III. Our The room was clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the ice-maker! The property was well maintained and we appreciated the community bathroom by the pool. The beach and the pool were fantastic and I would recommend this place to any and all!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
