    Very nice unit, well furnished with a very good taste. Kitchen has all necessary items. Excellent location, with fantastic facility. I would say, it is one of the best place to stay in Maui.

    My stay in this condo was stellar, clean, well equipped for cooking and beach items. The photos perfectly reflect its appearance. I especially enjoyed space for visiting family also staying in the resort. My adult son commented on how cozy 'Mom's place is' and the ground floor lanai made watching the beautiful sunsets great. The owner is prompt to my inquiries and very accommodating when the airlines altered my flights. Will definitely book this 'home away from home' again. Mahalo.

    The stuido provides everything we needed to settle in comfortably for our two week stay. Sue, the owner, was helpful and responsive to our initial inquiries. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed snorkeling nearby, and the trolly made it easy to get to Black Rock for snorkeling. The resort grounds are beautiful, and the Castaway Cafe provided good food and a great view. We plan to return.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This was our 2nd time traveling to Maui in 3 years. My girlfriend, sister, friend and I enjoyed this place very much. It was wonderful and when we come to Maui again we will for sure be staying here again. Everything you would ever need is there for you to use. EVERYTHING! The only thing we needed were grocerys and off course our choice of beverage to louge on the beach which was steps away from this condo. Also the 2 pools they have are excellent. Very beautiful place to stay. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Steps from the beach. Just excellect. They also sent us a Christmas card this year! Thanks for letting us enjoy your AWESOME condo!

    This was our third visit to Maui and our third stay at one of your condos. It was the best time yet, and we enjoyed a comfortable, quiet stay at the Villas. We feel at home, the staff at the Villas is so helpful and friendly, and we love how close we are to Kaanapali beach. The whales entertained us every time we were at the beach, and we loved Castaway Cafe for two tasty dinners. Finally Dukes is just a stroll down the beach walk, and we appreciate the trolley for an easy and convenient way to get to Whalers shopping and great restaurants. The beach walk there is favorite of ours to watch the sunset. Weather was great this trip, about 83 every day. We highly recommend this condo for location, size, and style. It is stocked with everything a couple or family could need. The ocean view is incredible for breakfast on the lanai or evening to enjoy the warm sunset. Outstanding! We'll be back! Mahalo to Maui for now!

    If you're coming to Maui and looking for a place in the North West Resort side of the island, you cannot go wrong with Troy & Susan's place. They've done a fantastic job at putting it together to make you feel like you're in your quaint little Hawaiian home. You'll be equally happy with the grounds, the beach the cafe, the closeness of beach access, okay. . . you'll be thrilled with everything. Plus it's super close to Lahaina for shopping and eating. Also. . . . Troy & Susan were very good about communication. Replied very quickly to every email/question. You won't go wrong staying here.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo. The unit is beautiful, and the villas are nicely located right off of the beach. The location ten minutes north of Lahaina is one of the lushest, most-beautiful parts of the island, and provides convenient access to many other parts of Maui. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

    We are a family of four and stayed at this condo. The studio was fantastic and served our needs completely. The large lanai opening onto grass was great as we were at the MKV with family and friends and there was plenty of room for dropping by enjoying morning coffee and board games at night. Due to a undeveloped piece of property accross the street, we had a full ocean/sunset view. We were actually able to watch whales from the lanai. It was steps from the back pool, and a 3 minute walk to the beach, beach pool and restaurant. The Kaanapali Beach walk goes right past the unit and provided an incredible walk every morning winding through all of the resorts on Kaanapali Beach. The beach in front of MKV is THE finest beach we saw in all of Maui--no rocks, coral and all sand. We saw several turtles cruising right in front of the resort. Snorkelling is awesome a 2 minute walk from the unit at Airport Beach. Parking is always available close to the unit. The bbq's were large commercial quality and were cleaned spotless every day. The new lobby is beautiful, the convenience store has reasonable prices and the staff were always accomodating. We highly recommend the MKV and this condo.

    We rented this property in August 2010. It was a great condo for so many reasons. It was clean and very comfortable. The coconut pool is just steps away which was nice for our three year old, one year old and us! Everything we needed was already in the condo.... dishes, towels, chairs and a couple boogie boards! We spent to mornings by the pool and the afternoons at the beach. The tile floor throughout the condo was very nice and made for easy clean up of sand. We would rent this condo again, hopefully soon! Thank you Susan for helping make this a wonderful family vacation.

    My boyfriend and I stay at this wonderful condo the first week of October 2009. It was very well stocked with all the necessities for the beach, and the kitchen was quite nice. Being our first trip to Hawaii, I don't think we could have selected a better place to stay. I agree with a previous guest about the snorkeling - we had the best experience at the beach right in front of the Condo!

    Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

    My husband and I stayed in MKV Coconut 152 from April 26th-May 6th 2009. This condo was a great place to stay. It is clean, comfortable and in a great location. The MKV have two great swimming pools and it's a short walk to the beach from the condo. Our family went to Maui to celebrate our parents 60th anniversary. We were all staying in different units at the Maui Kaanapali Villas and our unit was one of the best ones out of the ones rented. We would recommend this unit and we hope to return again.

    We stayed in Unit Coconut 152 for 9 nights in October, 2008. We had a wonderful stay, the condo is fully equipped with everything a vacationing family would need - dishes, kitchenwares, linens, beach chairs, paper products, even a copy of "Maui Revealed" for guests to use! We found the studio unit to be more spacious than we expected it to be, and our 12 year old son slept very comfortably on the pullout sofa. The pool area (Coconut pool) closest to the condo unit is newly upgraded, with lots of chaise lounges, shade umbrellas, a hot tub, and beautiful landscaping. The resort's main pool is only a 2 minute walk further away. We spent many days and evenings at Airport Beach, right next door to the Maui Kaanapali Villas. In fact, the location of Unit Coconut 152 is very close to the beach park, only about a 3 minute walk away. The snorkeling at Airport Beach was very good, with very easy access into the water. And we enjoyed quite a few beautiful sunsets, drinks in hand, from the lawn at the beach park. A big plus for our family was the free Kaanapali Trolley, for quick and easy access to other points in the Kaanapali Resort, especially Whalers Village (great restaurants and shopping). We also found the Royal Lahaina Luau (right next door! - an easy 5 minute walk) to be a fun evening out. There were so many highlights to our wonderful Maui vacation, and it was great coming "home" to such a nice condo unit every night. Susan was a pleasure to deal with; she always responded to my e-mailed questions very promptly. We highly recommend Coconut 152.

    My ten day stay in your Cocunut 152 condo was absolutely delightful. You provided every amenity possible. It was very clean and well appointed right down to the custom couch and matching throw pillows. The complex is well established and it provides a safe evironment for meeting other vacationers. The seaside Castaways restaurant has delicious food and friendly service. The little Maui trip book located in your unit listed many excellent tips for making the most of a Maui visit. I found your condo to be far superior to all of the other places I had stayed at during previous visits to Maui (including the Westin). The sunset from your beach is breath taking. The location is convenient when heading out to Whalers' Village, the Cannery Mall or Lahaina. Unique mementoes can be found in the Whalers Village Dolphin Galleries. A talented local artist Rebecca Lowell has beautiful Hawaiian island affordable prints sold at area stores as well as the Maui Ocean Center. A large selection of island lifestyle clothing from JamsWorld can be found at Escape to Maui in the Cannery Mall. Staying in a fully furnished comfy condo takes the hassel out of being away from home. I look forward to a return visit and once again staying in your charming seaside condo. Aloha, Nila S. Hughes

    This condo was wonderful! We ate our breakfast while enjoying the ocean view every day. This has a great beach, and a short walk away from all the great snorkeling at Black Rock. We watched the sunset from the beach every evening, and walked over to Whalers Village for the nightlife. Thank you for a great vacation! We'd return here in a heartbeat!

    Oct 28th - Nov 4th 2007 Susan & Troy, It was really nice meeting you both. "We Love Your Condo". The only beach we went to this time was the one in front of your property & the Westin. This is our 10th trip to Maui & this was the best place we have stayed at. We spent most of our time on the property, Swimming, Snorkeling & at Castaways for "Happy Hour". We also went on a Helicopter Ride, Luau, Boat Snorkel Ride ( we seen more fish in front of your property than we did in Molokini) & yes we took the rode to Hana (again). How can I forget, Halloween night on Front St. It was wild & crazy. We had a blast all the way around. We will be sharing our pictures & telling everyone about your property. We do plan on staying at the condo "Coconut 152" again. Thanks Again, Steve & Di Waldherr

    Beautifully decorated, fully furnished, well established property, great location with beaches, snorkling, pools, and restaurants within easy walking distance. A short drive to the beautiful town of Lahaina. Surrounded by golf courses. The activities planner in the lobby is very convenient. No high speed internet access in the room.

    We could have stayed a month. We enjoyed the condo so much. Beautiful, comfortable, and just so close to everything. It was a perfect setting. The beach and snorkeling right there was hard to beat too. After traveling the island we were so glad we chose to stay right where we were. Thank you for all the helpful info (shopping, food, etc.) beforehand. The resort front desk, beach staff, etc. were all very helpful and pleasant too! We're hoping we can get back sometime in the future. Thanks again for a lovely visit!

    You have a beautiful spot! It was an absolutely, wonderful visit. From snorkeling, whale watching, the road to Hana and just relaxing with our family! Montana is spectacular but Maui in March was a real treat! Teh condo was stocked with everything and beautifully decorated. Thanks for wonderful memories!
