We stayed 4 nights in this very fresh and cheerful condo. The remodel is beautiful and the furnishings are all very nicely chosen. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. There is a little stream running through common area just off of the back deck that added wonderful sights and sounds of nature. It is very close to a wonderfil swimming complex, which we thoroughly enjoyed as well!

We had a great weekend! And we enjoyed your condo so much, it was clean and comfy, and all of our family liked to gather there. The grill worked out well, and we didn't find anything that we needed. It surely is a good location, our grandkids loved the little ditch of water in the back. Guess how many had to try it out? We drove to Redfish Lake, and hiked to the waterfall, that was pretty amazing, and I'm sure because of all the snow/rain this year, that it's bigger than usual. Thanks for being so great to work with, we will recommend your condo to others. (In fact, already have.) The beds were so comfortable (I wanted to take it home!) and the map and instructions you sent were invaluable. We used them the entire time to find the places we needed to go. Karen Holgate

We had a terrific time in Sun Valley staying at this great condo. We took our four kids and spent 5 nights in this clean, accommodating condo. Owner was great to work with and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We rented this unit for the month of July, and it was perfect. The owners are very helpful, and the unit was extremely clean. While there is not a lot of square footage, everything you need is there. As a bonus, the unit is at the end of the walkway, meaning that there aren't any passerbys and that it is quieter than most Ranch units. The amenities are great: the Ranch has its own small pool and the Harker Center is larger with extras for little kids (like a wading pool and playground). We would absolutely rent this unit again, particularly because the rate was very competitive.
