Wisteria Lodge is a beautiful detached bungalow in the unspoilt town of Salcombe. Here you will find several high quality shops, bars, restaurants and art galleries, all reached within a 15 minute walk from the property.
Situated in the most southerly part of Devon, Salcombe is a harbour town with an extensive waterfront. This has led to Salcombe becoming one of the most popular places for pleasure sailing and yachting in the UK. Surrounded by picturesque villages, secluded beaches and situated on the coastal path, Salcombe is an ideal base to explore the coast and country.
Further afield you have the busy city of Plymouth with many high street shops, a theatre, cinema and an abundance of restaurants and bars, all reached within a 45 minute drive. Alternatively the beaches and attractions of ‘The English Riviera’ are under an hours drive away.
The nearest beach to Wisteria Lodge is North Sands, a small beach with fine golden sand. This beach can be accessed by footpath from the property and takes approximately 15 minutes.
Internally Wisteria Lodge is finished in a contemporary style complete with Aga cooker and a TV room. Externally the property benefits from a small lawn, furnished decked area with spectacular rural views and a barbecue. For children and pets there is a field located next to the property accessed by a gate from the garden, this is the perfect place to burn off energy!
