PLEASE NOTE: Guests should note that this property is accessed by 39 steps with hand rail.</p> <p>Located just a short walk away is the Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway and, needless to say, the foot and car ferries that will take you over to Dartmouth and the South Hams.</p> <p>This property is ideal for families with plenty of nearby children's activities eg. crabbing from the nearby beach only a short drive away, steam train to Paignton and family friendly blue flag beaches.</p> <p>Kingswear Village Stores will do deliveries free of charge to Blue Chip properties located in Kingswear. They stock a good range of general produce in addition to cider, fruit, vegetables and meat all of which are locally sourced. If you would like to arrange for a delivery for your arrival day or during your stay please call them on 01803 752291. Payment is by cash or cheque on delivery and all orders must be placed in 48 hours advance. Deliveries are available Mon – Sat 7am – 6pm, unfortunately there are no deliveries on a Sunday.</p> <p><strong>This property offers two stair gates, travel cot (bedding not provided) and a highchair free of charge.</strong></p>
