From this beautiful recently redecorated second-floor condominium. You can view the gorgeous emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico while sitting on your large private balcony, or walk a few steps to enjoy the swimming pool or the whirlpool spa. A short walk down any of four Gulf Place Caribbean private boardwalks leads you to the white sand beach with chairs and umbrella set up for each day of your stay. This two bedroom/two bath unit is accessible by stairs or elevator.
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and private bath. The guest bedroom has a queen and access to the second bathroom. Two bunks in the hallway provide single beds for children. The livingroom sofa folds out to a queensize bed.
Guests at the Gulf Place Caribbean have complimentary use of the tennis courts, nature trails, tree-shaded picnic area, lawn croquet, shuffleboard, charcoal grill, three pools (heated), two whirlpool spas, and the grassy amphitheatre where there are frequent concerts, movies, and special events.
The Gulf Place Town Center contains two restaurants, a pharmacy, snack bar, pizza parlor, bicycle rentals, and other shops.
A paved bicycle path passes in front of the building, and provides miles of easy pedaling along CR-30A to many restaurants, shops and other destinations on the beaches of South Walton County.

The condo was perfect! There were two adults and three children and we had plenty of room. It was clean and very comfortable. The beach was within walking distance and we were able to enjoy two different pools. It was much quieter in Santa Rosa than some of the other areas in Destin. We really enjoyed the time we spent in Santa Rosa and the condo had everything we needed! Thank you for a relaxing vacation...Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
