This custom built home is made for family and friends who want to explore all sides of this magnificent island. Perfectly located between the lush north and east shores you are minutes from surfing, hiking, local restaurants and shopping.

A scenic 10 minute drive from popular Anini beach and 20 minutes from Hanalei Bay. Just around the corner less known Anahola Beach Park, is perfect for swimming with your keki or jest soaking in the sun.

Wake up to amazing sunrise views over the spectacular Pacific Ocean to the east, relax in the afternoon with fragrant trade winds and be forever grounded by the powerful yet serene Kalalea Kong mountains that stand guard just off the back lani.

The house spans more than 1,800 square feet of living space plus nearly 500 square feet of lanais. With an old plantation style design, the houses interior is open and airy with all of today’s modern amenities. You’ll be captured by 14 ft high ceilings, a spacious living area that flows gracefully to the large kitchen and dining area, beautiful Merabu hardwood floors, natural stone and Italian tile flooring, and exotic trim finishes.

The fully equipped open air kitchen has granite counters, exotic wood bar with stainless steel appliances that welcomes the most intimate meals as well as setting the perfect atmosphere for a fun evening get together.

Incredible mountain views are available from the king sized bed in the master bedroom, which offers a sultry 2 basin bathroom and a luxurious oversized, spa-style, pebble stone shower. The second bedroom is beautifully furnished with a queen sized bed, and the third room has full and twin beds. Both rooms share an amber tiled main bath with granite counter and an extra deep shower/tub.

The main living space can also accommodate a good night’s rest with its queen sized bamboo sofa sleeper. Full laundry facilities are in house. Come relax, rejuvenate and enjoy on this magical island we call Kauai.

  • Dear Andy, Thank-you for renting us your home for our vacation in beautiful Kauai. Your house was perfectly located for all the things we had planned on the island. I must say that your kitchen was the best stocked of any house we have rented in the past! We also enjoyed the internet access and phone service to the mainland. We did have to cut our vacation short by one day due to the tropical storm that was suppose to hit Hawaii (it never did). But we had a great time anyway. Thanks again, Brenda & Jim Boyd

  • The house is spacious and welcoming. Location is nice since we spent some time in many places on the island-- close enough to the north end of the island to make the drive fairly easy but also convenient to groceries and restaurants in the large town of Kapaa on the east side as well. Kauai is a beautiful place!

  • we had a great time staying at this house. there were 6 of us and plenty of room. It is very well taken care of, and has a really nice kitchen. The location is beautiful (with amazing views of the mountains) and accessible to the north and east shores. It would have been hard to stay there without renting a car, but it kind of seems like all of Kauai is like that. Of course, it would have been nice to be able to walk to the beach, but there are plenty of beaches within very short driving distance. Also, Andy (the owner) was very nice in all my interactions with him before our stay. Thanks!

  • we wanted to thank you for the use of your lovely home! It was perfect for our honeymoon, we enjoyed the privacy! It was MUCH better than a hotel. Having all the conveniences, beach chairs, coolers, etc really made it easy and fun for us. We are hoping to make another trip back next year. By the way if you haven't eaten at Monico's in Wailua please try it, they have amazing fish tacos!

  • My friends and I *loved* your home! Thank you so much! The house was beautiful! The nights there were so island perfect-the warm breeze flowing in through the windows at night to lull me alseep, the occasional rains to freshen the air, not that it needed it of course! To have such a comfortable, relaxing place to come home to after cruising around the island was perfect! We definitely plan to return, and hope to stay here again! Thank you!

  • Dear Andy: Thank you so very much for making your vacation home available to us. The backyard was beautiful with flowers and the beautiful view of Kong Mountain was breathtaking. The view of the ocean with the sunrise looking out from the front deck reminds us of how beautiful God is. We loved the way your home was welcoming and all the accommodations to fit all of our needs. My children loved the fact that they had their own bedrooms. This was the first time we rented a home, we always rented a condo or hotel. Your home was perfect. This is the way to go. Kauai is one of the most beautiful of the Hawaii islands. Everything is so green and well cared for. One morning there was a rainbow that seemed like it was in the front yard, it was so close.   • We had a great stay in Anahola! The house is spacious and well put together, and everything we needed was there. The open concept, kitchen, lanai and backyard (and Kong in the background) made it easy and ideal. The home is family and child-friendly and it back stopped a lovely vacation. It is also ideally situated on Kauai -- the location allows you easy access to the north and south ends of the island. This allows you to enjoy the coasts and beaches of both ends. Kauai is simply magical.
