Our family is truly excited about sharing our "little piece of heaven" with you! At our new Sunset Vistas condo, you can treat yourself to the area's newest luxury property directly on the Gulf of Mexico. You are right on the beach - only 50 yards or so to the water - so soak up the sun, have a margarita, and take in the breathtaking sunsets.
And no need to pack too much - this condo is fully stocked for your enjoyment - with Tommy Bahama style furnishings, granite counters, high-speed internet, cable/DVD/VCR/TV's, washer/dryer, hairdryers, iron/ironing board, games and even beach towels!
You can accommodate four to six people comfortably in our two bedroom/two bath condo. There are queen beds in both rooms and an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room. You'll have luxurious surroundings with beautifully landscaped grounds, the use of two pools (one kiddie), large spa, tiki bar, restaurant, exercise room, business center and assigned parking. Our unit is conveniently located on the second floor and has a nice partial beach view. You'll be close to the restaurant, fitness center and business center - with easy access to both the elevators and stairs.
The area is home to famous John's Pass - which abounds with great restaurants, beach bars, beach activities, fishing, boating and golf. Make it a vacation to remember - with Busch Gardens, Tampa's Aquarium and Lowry Park Zoo only 30 minutes away - and drive to Disney World, Universal and Sea World in only 90 minutes! And if you're a sports fan, we're only a few minutes away from Tropicana Field, Raymond James Stadium (the Bucs!) and the Ice Palace.
Tampa International is only a 30-minute drive and offers many discounted fares into the area. We live nearby and know the area, so please call us with any questions or trip recommendations.
