Welcome to our south facing 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Southern Dunes PGA Golf Course. 10 minute walk from the 24-hour WalMart, local bank, & resturants. Southern Dunes is only 45 minute drive from Orlando international airport & an hour from the Sanford airport. All the Disney attractions can easily be reached in 20 minutes.
LOUNGE/DINING ROOM
Large lounge/diner with vaulted ceilings to give feeling of space. There is a two-seater sofa and three-seater . It has 27-inch remote control TV with cable, DVD, VCR, and CD stereo with CD collection plus free calls within the U.S.A and Canada
.We have wireless internet connection,so don,t forget to bring your laptop .The dining room has a table with six chairs, also a high chair (if required). Both rooms have alarmed patio doors leading on to the large pool decking area. . Air conditioning through out and ceiling fan.
KITCHEN
This is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all cutlery and crockery you will need.
MASTER BEDROOM
This bedroom overlooks the pool area, within this room you will find queen-size bed, drawer chest with mirror, TV, bed-side cabinets, alarm clock, lamps, air conditioning, ceiling fan plus a patio door which leads out onto the pool decking. En suite has walk-in shower, bath, and mirrored his-and-her vanity sinks units with storage space, hair dryer. There is a large walk-in storage cupboard with plenty of hanging space.
DOUBLE BEDROOM
This large room has a double-size bed, wardrobe and drawer chest, bed-side cabinet, lamps, alarm clock. Plus air conditioning and ceiling fan.
TWIN BEDROOM
Twin beds wardrobe and drawers, bed-side cabinet, alarm clock, lamp plus air conditioning and ceiling fan.
BATHROOM
This lovely bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, w/c, and mirrored vanity unit with sink with storage.
DOUBLE GARAGE/UTILITY ROOM
Which has a washing machine, tumble dryer plus iron and ironing board.
POOL AREA
The south-facing pool is screened by fine insect-proof netting, optional pool heating (recommended October to April). There is a large pool deck with sun lounger, chairs, and table. A barbecue is also available.

When I booked our holiday at Southern Dunes, it was with a little bit of aprehension being my first visit to Florida. I needn't have concerned myself as it was the best holiday ever! The villa was immaculate and the pool had obviously been well maintained. Well done Jane and Steve - we look forward to our next visit and will have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends and relatives.

My wife and I stayed here in Jan 2011 and found this villa to be well below what we expected. The dining table, sofas, and WiFi were nice, as was the pool itself. The carpet was spotted and soiled in traffic areas. The cookware was rummage sale quality as were the bath linens. The mattress was uncomfortable. The pool deck had numerous ant hills in the cracks, which we carefully avoided. The pool and deck was not tested or maintained during the month, as was those of both neighbors. As common in the area the roll up garage door was manual, which we did use after sweeping out all the mouse droppings from the garage. Nice home, needs work.
