This Parkside Villa is only a five-minute stroll to a ten-mile beach in one of South Carolina's premier beach and golf resorts. Also, it is just a short walk for the entire family to Night Heron Park with its Nature Center. Also nearby is the new luxury Sanctuary Hotel, tennis and golf learning centers, hiking, bike trails, and five world-class golf courses. Spacious, light, and open, with 1400 square feet of living space, this family-friendly villa is the perfect place for your Kiawah vacation. The first floor features a junior master bedroom with a king size bed and a walk-out deck perfect for sunbathing or evening cocktails. This area is perfect for grandparents or guests needing a little extra privacy. The second floor has the main living areas including the living room, dining room, kitchen, a large master bedroom with direct access to the screened-in porch which also opens up from the large living room, and the third bedroom. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom, each with large vanity space. HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET service is provided. This villa is SMOKE FREE and pets are not allowed.Recent renovations include new kitchen with new appliances, new bathrooms, three new flat panel TVs, Italian tile floor, new carpet in bedrooms, and a renovated entrance way and staircase.Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking. Fees and taxes are not included. Additional housekeeping fee added to stays of 3 nights or less. Non-refundable $45 damage fee added to stays.
