This house is only 200 Steps from the most beautiful beach in the world. Anna Maria Island is located at the south end of Tampa Bay. Located within 40 minutes of Tampa Airport. One-and-one-half hours to Disney and all the Central Florida theme parks.
Lots of family fun in this home... all tile floors. Kids and pets are welcome.
Come on down and enjoy our wonderful home, it is as cozy as can be. The pool is 85 degrees year round. Tropical surroundings. Four bedrooms and three full baths. One king-size bed, two queen-size beds, two bunk beds, sleeps four. One king-size trundle bed in living room. Two full-size couches can also be used for sleeping.
TVs in every bedroom. VCR/DVD players in two rooms. Cable TV Free WI FI and Long Distance in Continential USA.

Hi, We are Susie and Ted Butner. We have owned our Vacation Home since 2006. It is Close to the Gulf Beach only 3 houses away and very Kid, Family, & Pet friendly. We love the beach. We also love swimming in our lagoon pool after a visit to the beach.
We would love to have you stay at our home. Walking distance to trolley, resturants, & Shoppes.

Our family has rented numerous houses on Anna Maria Island for 15+years and this house and owner top it all! The house is equipped with everything and anything you need! It is very clean, with a beautiful pool and the landscaping makes you feel like you are on your own island. The location is perfect and it is everything the owners say it is!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children.

The pool and the breezeway were used most the time when not at the beach. The breezeway is screened so no bugs and set up so we got a breeze. In the morning when others in our group were still sleeping, some could enjoy coffee and a conversation without bothering them. Just a few houses away from the beautiful beach. Everything was clean and worked well. The pool was kept up and no screen so nice temperature. Very happy. .
