Get ready for a great vacation experience! This villa is all-around fantastic, idyllic for golfers and ideal for sun worshippers.
Beautifully decorated, the villa features two living room areas with slate and wood floors, comfy leather sofa seating & lounge chairs, both areas with their own Hi-Def TV's...reading, relaxing, or just hanging out.
The kitchen is a chefs delight, complete with full size stainless appliances, granite counter tops, a generous supply of pots, pans and cooking tools. For indoor eating their is a casual breakfast nook that seats four at a time and a more formal dining area for when you want to seat eight.
Step through the glass sliding doors to the spectacular pool area and you will find a deck and seating area that is so large you have a choice between sun or shade all day long. For casual outdoor dining there are two dining tables with eight chairs to match.
The master has a full en suite bathroom, soaking tub, walk in shower and double bowl vanity sink. The bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King sized bed and features a flat screen TV.
Upstairs we have three more bedrooms, two with Queen beds and the other with Twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV's.
Southern Dunes Golf community is consistently rated as one of Floridas finest, and its location near the junction of I4 and Hwy 27 is ideal for Disney, Legoland, or the beaches of Daytona or Tampa.. The community also has many shops and restaurants located around it.
