Why the Owner Chose Chandler
I did not buy this house with the intentions of turning it into a vacation rental. However, when I got married and moved, I had this house full of furniture and decided to use it as a vacation rental. The beds are all fairly new (the master bought in 2003 and the spare bedrooms in 2006).
The Unique Benefits at this House
It is a quite neighborhood but close to alot of action. The proximity to the freeways makes it easy to get anywhere fast.
