This is a very large (5400 square feet), multi-level, Tudor home located next to the Heavenly Ski Resort. It is conveniently located one mile from the lake, one mile from the casinos, and one mile from the Nevada bases of Heavenly Ski Resort with views of the lake and the mountains!
A total of six bedrooms (ten beds in all plus four sofa sleepers and one rollaway bed); five bathrooms (with wall-mounted hair dryers) including a marble jacuzzi room with cedar sauna and steam shower; outdoor hot tub; three gas fireplaces; two separate living rooms with big screen TV/VCR/DVD/stereo; each bedroom has its own TV/VCR combination with cable hookup; dining room seats up to 14 people at a time; fully-equipped kitchen with two ovens and two refrigerators; laundry room equipped with full-size washer, dryer, clothesline, iron and ironing boards, laundry baskets. This is a family-oriented neighborhood with year-round residents on all sides, therefore, groups intending to celebrate with loud and disruptive parties (eg. bachelor parties, graduation parties, etc.) are discouraged from booking this particular property!
OCCUPANCY: Even though this home can sleep up to 28 people, it is only permitted for a maximum of 18.
PARKING: A maximum of four vehicles are permitted at this property. Excess vehicles may be parked at our property manager's office (less than 1/2 mile away) or parked at the casinos (about one mile from the property).

Our family of 6 lives in southern New Jersey. We enjoy vacationing at our Tahoe home several times a year and when we aren't there we love to share it's spaciousness with large groups of people. Because members of our family suffer from allergies & asthma, we try to keep our vacation home pet-free & smoke-free.
