Villa Sioux is located on a steep neighborhood hill overlooking Acapulco Bay. The house was built in 1972-73 on three levels, and contains five luxurious bedrooms five baths, two big outdoor living-dining areas, and a large swimming pool with a water volleyball court.

Villa Sioux is a large home, and when fully occupied there is room to spread out. Separate levels of living rooms and separate bedroom levels lend to having "alone time" if guests deem necessary.

The pool area is joined by a waterfall that connects the bar to the rest of the house. On the highest level of the house there is a cozy meeting place with a straw-thatched roof and breathtaking views of Acapulco bay and the Costera.

You will be pampered by complete staff that includes cooking, cleaning, pool and grounds keeping too! Authentic mexican cuisine is the order of the house, as incredible creations keep you coming back for more!

Each day, start with fresh fruit, fresh-squeezed juice, entree of eggs, bacon, frioles or whatever your heart/tummy desires!

Lunch is generally pool-side with tacitos, chalupas, shrimp-stuffed avacados or anything else you can imagine.

Dinner is classic sit-down, with soup of the day, local salad selections of the chef and a gourmet entree of authentic mexican fish/pork/chicken/beef or whatever your choosing might be!

The employees/staff of the Villa Sioux include the house manager, Trini Toledo, (excellent English) Concha deSerrano, the English speaking housekeeper who lives with her family on the lower level, Bertha the chef and Chu-cho the groundskeeper.

  • WE HAVE STAYED AT THE VILLA FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES. THE LAST TIME I TOOK ALL MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS AND THEIR SPOUSES. THAT STAFF ARE THE GREATEST!!!! THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE AT HOME. THE FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!! PLAN TO GAIN AT LEAST 10 POUNDS WHILE THERE. IT IS THE BEST VACATION YOU CAN ENJOY!! ACAPULCO IS BEAUTIFUL AND THERE ARE MANY SIGHTS TO ENJOY. OR YOU CAN JUST SIT BACK BY THE POOL AND ENJOY THE VIEW AND GREAT FOOD.

  • It doesn't get any better than a week at Villa Sioux. The house is great, food incredible, staff warm and accomodating. Short walk to Costera with shops, beach and all the action you might want.You won't want to leave and will want to come back again and again. Muy bueno!
