Home is in the Crossings, which is within walking distance of the Promenades Shopping Center. Enjoy a dip in the pool or relax in the hot tub, both within steps of your door.
Enjoy all the amenities that Bonita Bay has to offer. A private beach on the Gulf, with lounge chairs and umbrellas provided. Food service is available at the beach during season. You can travel to the beach on a private tram, which stops right outside of the Crossings. The tram runs to and from the beach every half hour. Bonita Bay also features 12 miles of biking and walking trails. Three adult bikes and 2 children's bikes are available for use. Enjoy one of three parks within Bonita Bay, where you will find canoes,kayaks,a butterfly park, a boardwalk into Estero Bay, tennis and basketball courts, a marina with fishing and sight seeing charters.
Bonita Bay is centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers. Shopping and restaurants are abundant. The new Coconut Point mall is within minutes of Bonita Bay.
