WELCOME TO CASA SUSANA - welcome to paradise.
Bay View Grand is an exclusive gated condominium complex located within the fabulous Marina District of Puerto Vallarta. Boasting one of the largest infinity pools in the city, Bay View Grand represents the very finest that Puerto Vallarta can offer in the way of luxury condominium living.
Our unit is located on the third floor of Building A, among the most desirable of all the buildings in the BVG complex. We think it has the best combined view of the pool area, the beach, the bay, and the Puerto Vallarta Malecon, all against a backdrop of the stately Sierra Madre Mountains. The back of the unit overlooks the neighboring seaside Marina Vallarta golf course.
Casa Susana has many luxury upgrades not normally found in other Bay View Grand units. From unique stained glass and beautiful granite countertops in its well-equipped kitchen to its custom hand-carved furniture, visitors will find it difficult to locate a more luxurious two bedroom unit available for guest rental in the entire Marina District.
Our unit features two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. There is a living room and dining area, as well as a cozy reading alcove off the guest bedroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-size mattress. A fully equipped laundry room is located off of the kitchen. The living room and bedroom screened patio doors open and face the ocean, letting the sounds of the waves lull you to sleep at night.
Of course, don't forget the terrific balcony (accessible from the living room and master bedroom), with its private hot tub, providing some of the most spectacular ocean views available in Puerto Vallarta. Other amenities include local telephone, air conditioning, cable TV (LR and both bedrooms), DVD, microwave, range, refrigerator, dishwasher, countertop appliances, washer and dryer. All dishes, silverware, cookware, towels and linens are included.
Our local property manager speaks excellent English and will be there to greet you upon arrival to tour the unit with you and explain its many features. He also will be available in person or by telephone throughout your stay should you have any further questions or concerns.
Bay View Grand facilities include the beautiful infinity pool (with shallow children’s pool), private beach area, cabanas, onsite tennis courts and fully equipped fitness gym and spa. There's also a walk-up sandwich and beverage bar with pool-side service and free wireless Internet. Also available is lobby taxi service, as well as a public bus stop outside the gate, for the short trip to downtown Puerto Vallarta. Grocery shopping and terrific restaurants are within easy walking distance, as well as many unique boutiques at the Marina, itself.
SORRY - absolutely no smoking allowed in the unit or on the balcony; also no pets of any kind. Occupancy limited to a maximum of six individuals, including children regardless of age. No unaccompanied students under age 25.

We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home - the furnishings, artwork, lighting, amenities and the spectacular view. It's been fabulous! When we hear the work paradise, we will always think of our time here. You have been so kind to check on us this week to be sure everything was ok. We took full advantage of the pool and jacuzzi - heavenly! We followed your recommendations -- the Day Spa, La Hacienda & its' great food and old world charm. Las Bistro - also fantastic food and a beautiful setting; Pipis and the Halloween Party! We have savored every moment and hate to leave! Thank you again for opening your home to us. We have spent our first week of marriage in your home! It's been an experience beyond our dreams!

We had a wonderful time going around and getting Chuck connected to the fishing in the marina. When Chuck caught that sailfish, he was hooked! Your condo is beautiful, and the scenery was just unbelievable. We hate to go back to cold Wisconsin. The restaurants and the margaritas were to die for. The days and nights were much too short!
