This property exceeded all our expectations! From the well stocked kitchen to the amazing hot tub, this place was the perfect getaway. The choice of bedroom set ups makes this a great option for a reunion weekend or family vacation. The open floor plan and the split level allow for great entertainment options as well as private time/space. The garage access and laundry room make it convenient for any season's sports and adventures. I had the good fortune to stay at this incredible property with two of my friends for a girl's weekend recently. What an amazingly beautiful home! From the design, to the location, to the amenities, we felt like we were staying at a 5 star resort. The kitchen's layout made it fun to cook dinner and the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Additionally, the hot tub was a great way to end our days. This is a beautiful spacious home. The photos do not do it justice. It is beautifully decorated with many elaborate finishing touches and all the amenities one could hope for. The rooms are spacious and provide plenty of space for privacy as well as space for a group to enjoy time together. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in and enjoy the home and the views, but you won't want to miss all that Park City has to offer. We were sorry we hadn't planned to stay longer and hope to return soon. My husband and I have traveled extensively around the country and have stayed in VRBO properties before. This home, however, is by far the most luxurious we have ever encountered. In fact we are repeat stayers! The view from the balcony is breathtaking but so is the house itself. The decor is stunning yet still cozy and inviting. There's tons of room for a few families and the kids will love the elevator! I personally love the kitchen. Wish mine at home was this special! The management company provides excellent service to/from the ski lifts, town, spa, etc. All in all, this propery will provide you the perfect home base for your family's vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed there for a week while skiing with our family. The house was simply gorgeous - three stories with an elevator and enough room for two families to share comfortably. Immaculately maintained, beautifully designed, with a hot tub, large kitchen and great room. Very convenient to skiing, with a concierge and prompt on-call transportation. The accommodations and amenities removed all the inconveniences of skiing with small kids, which reduced our stress considerably. Our only concern was that it was very dry, we regularly refilled the humidifiers, but that's mountain living, I guess. Regardless, we'll definitely stay here again. I HIGHLY recommend it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loaded up the car with our family friends and their kids, drove to Deer Valley, and had a really great time! We were so close to the slopes, which made it easy for everybody to do their own thing. My husband and I even stayed in one day, while the kids hit the slopes! The Jacuzzi was tons of fun, and the huge kitchen was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about taking a trip!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

I've worked with a few different rental companies in this area and Park City Rentals is by far the best to work with! They have have beautiful properties to choose from and Jim and his associates bend over backwards to accomodate your needs. All of their properties are well appointed and they pay attention to the smallest of details (which is rare in this industry). All of their Lookout properties are beautifully decorated, and have amazing views of the greater Park City area. This particular property is equipped with an elevator that was VERY helpful for those in my family having difficulty with the stairs. I'd highly recommend them and their properties to anyone! Whether you're an A-Lister from Hollywood or a family looking for a quick weekend getaway, you'll be treated like royalty at VERY competitive prices.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My wife and I belong to a bridge club and eight of us decided to take a vacation in Park City. We looked through the websites and decided on Lookout 7. Good Choice! What a fabulous place! The women of course had to go shopping which according to them was the be all to end all. Us guys just hung around the house and played pool, enjoyed the Jacuzzi and if you wanted to watch TV you could do it in just about any room in the house including the theater! Park City Jim as they call him was just great at getting us settled in and checking up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Since it was a holiday we decide to eat most of our meals out. We tried a different restaurant every night and weren't disappointed once! We would recommend this fantastic place to anyone and if we get a chance we'll be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
