We had a FANTASTIC extended family holiday here !!! Loved every minute of it. The swimming pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the relaxing spa !!!! The games room went down a treat as well, especially for our 'Thank you Nana' party !

Really enjoyed our stay ay tour villa. Very spacious and had all the facilities we needed. Great for kids - they have loved the pool and games room. Would definitely stay here again and so convenient for the parks. We love Florida !!!Have a nice day y'all !!!

"My family of five has travelled to Florida many times and we have always stayed in hotels in and around Disney (even once staying on the property). We decided that since eleven of us were going on this trip we would try and rent a house. None of us had ever done this before and all of us had our suspicions about who we would be renting from. Robert was always helpful and professional from my very first email to him. He made the whole process very easy and upon our arrival the house was more than we could have ever imagined. It was spotless when we arrived and supplied with everything we could ever need. It is close to all the Disney parks and a short (2minute) drive to groceries, banks, and restaurants. The pool was refreshing after a day at the parks. I would highly recommend this house and would most definately stay here again. This house has plenty of rooms!! We stayed here from 4/2/11-4/9/11 and the house had everything we needed especially plenty of pool towels. There were only 4 people in our party but my brother and his family, who were staying at Westgate Resort, came over to visit and we had plenty of room to spare. Everyone loved the fact that we had the pool all to ourselves because the pool at the clubhouse and at Westgate were all crowded due to Spring Break. Robert Davies is very easy to deal with. We had an issue with the pool heat not working after a rain storm so I called Steve, the property manager, and he had the maintenance person looking into it the next morning. It turned out that the hard rain tripped the pool heat and turned it off so it was fixed right away. The kids loved the ping pong table in the games room. This location was also close to everything, i.e., supermarket, theme parks, and restaurants. The security guards were very good and checked everyone's identification and license plate number before allowing you in unless you have the pass that is given by the clubhouse. We felt really safe. The only thing that I didn't like is that the tennis courts were not located within the gated secured area and even though there were 2 tennis courts, one of them had basketball hoops at both ends so if people were playing basketball, there really was only 1 tennis court to use. We definitely recommend this house and would stay here again. Thank you Robert.

Hello Robert, We had a grand time at the house. It was perfect for our family of 10 and could have accommodated more. The master bedroom on the ground floor was ideal for my wife and me. Once we closed our door, my wife and I had peace and serenity. (This is important when you have grandchildren who are toddlers.) I should mention too, that our older grandchildren, aged 10 and 12, were mightily impressed by the entrance to Emerald Resort and were in a rush to e-mail their friends some pictures of the welcoming dolphins at the gate. The house was lovely, the pictures on the internet do not do it full credit. We were particularly impressed by the way the cleaning staff have maintained the house. They have done a magnificent job - everything was clean and sparkling and ready for us to enjoy. I mentioned this to Steve so that he might forward our congratulations to the cleaning staff for such a fine job. The only minor disappointment was that the main TV was not working as the previous occupants had pulled the cable cord out of the TV. With the many TV's throughout the house it was not a problem at all - and the managing company did fix it, but it needed a part to resurrect it... We DID though use the main TV to show our various pics and videos which we had snapped during the day. It was a bonus to see ourselves in living colour on the large screen (smile). We all had a wonderful time and look forward to renting the house in the future. We stayed in this house for 2 weeks in the summer of last year (2005) and we have just returned from 3 weeks there this summer (2006). Once again our family had a fantastic time! It is a beautiful house with everything you could possibly need and really makes for a perfect holiday. It allows such flexibility due to its excellent location and after a tiring day at the theme parks with the kids it is such a relief to know its only a five minute drive back to the house where we could jump straight in the pool or jacuzzi and relax. After staying in your beautiful home we will never stay in a hotel in Orlando again as the most memorable and enjoyable holidays we have ever had have been in this house and we would like to thank you for the opportunity to stay there and for sharing your beautiful home with us.
