We stayed in the villa from the 15th to 22th May 2010.This is a beautiful villa with all the little extras that make it special.5 star accommodations from the pristine pool to the very comfortable beds,and furniture,top of the line.Very quit and relaxing did not want to leaveI Took my 2years old son and he loved the pool and local beachesKaren was a pleasure to deal with. She helped us with everything.

  Spent full month of January, 2010 at the Villa. It was wonderful. All you could want to have at your disposal. Everything as expected and more. Nice Location, close to Beaches and Restaurants. Top quality furniture and accessories. Sheets, towels, dishes, etc. fresh and new, even the TV service was a grade above with premium movie channels. The pool area is very private with lots of outside furniture and a gas grill. The ownership is outstanding. Karen & Brian make you feel like family. They made phone calls to make sure everything was OK and followed-up with e-mails to check if we needed anything. The local management team is very good, only a few miles away, very friendly and quick to answer your questions. We would definitely rent the villa again.

  We stayed in the villa from the 16th November 09 to 16th December 09. For the past 10 years we have had long holidays of up to 4 weeks on the Gulf coast including some some 6 holidays in Rotonda. This was the cleanest and best presented of all villas we have stayed at - very secluded, no traffic and well equipped. The 30 foot pool is warmed by large area of solar panels and although we had electric heating this only needed to come on after cold nights or during a couple of cloudy days. It was the best holiday accomodation we have had in Florida and its only drawback for some would be the views from the pool area are limited to forest although many would prefer this.

  We had a great 8 day stay up to 27th Dec '09 in Karen & Brian's wonderful villa. The accommodation is very,very spacious, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and really well furnished. The kitchen equipment, bedding,towels etc are excellent quality and plentiful. We liked the split layout of the 2 master suites. The pool area has very good patio loungers/dining set etc and the large heated pool was ideal for us. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners and the managing agents were very quick to respond to queries. Luxury property, easy to recommend! Thankyou

  What a wonderful villa! It has all the modern amenities and then some....including but not limited to Satellite TV complete with surround sound, two king ensuites, larger than normal pool with electic heating and more than enough kitchen accessories to bake whatever you fancy. We have rented 5 different villas over the past decade and there is not one that would eclipse your home in terms of value for the dollar, cleanliness and utility. As suggested above, truly has been a wonderful stay. Thank you as always Karen and Brian and we look forward to speaking with you about a return engagement next year. ;-) Happy New Year!

  Just back from a terrific 15 night stay in Karen and Brian's beautiful home. We've stayed in a number of properties in this area over many years and this really is among the very best. Spacious, private, beautifully finished and spotlessly clean, it really is an ideal base for your Florida vacation.

Karen :) "We were Brian and Karen's first renters in their new home in February 2007 and thought it was the best villa we had ever stayed in. Having just spent a month there it is still as luxurious and beautiful with everything needed to have a wonderful holiday. There is loads of space both inside and out and the longer than average pool makes this a fabulous place. We would highly recommend this villa and fully intend to return again."

  28 august 2009Dear Karin and Brian,We have been in your villa for 4 weeks and it was great.Like you said, everything was just perfect in the villa.The kids loved the swimming pool, and my parents loved the master bedroom.And what a kitchen, We really loved that part of the house, we baked and cooked if we were at home. After a couple of days, the kids said, when we came back from a trip, we are home in America! And it felt exactly like that.Rotonda is the perfect place to start your trips. We have been to several beaches, Boca Grande was very relaxed, Englewood beach was full of locals and Siesta Beach in Sarasota was like the white beach you’ll see in the movies. Someone at Englewood beach told us to go to Venice Beach to see the . We enjoyed it very much.Port Charlotte was great with the towncenter shopping mall and movietheater. It was a fantastic holiday and we are thinking about coming back next summer.

  We had a wonderful time staying in Karen and Brian's villa. It was just what we were looking for after a hectic two weeks in Orlando. The kids loved exploring on our arrival and every door we opened brounght us into a wonderful haven which was behond our expectations. We all loved the privacy at the pool, the quiet location of Rotunda and the total area around Englewood. We have discovered a wonderful part of true Florida and a fantastic place to stay too! Karen and Brian have been so helpful and professional in every way and we hope to return to their villa once again in the near future.

  Dear Brian & Karen, We would like to take this opportunity to brag about your beautiful Florida getaway. The house contained everything and more besides anyone could ever want/need. The area was very private and relaxing and every working person's dream. The pool was most refreshing & the added convenience of the outside bathroom/shower was a bonus. The bedrooms were like a dream! WOW! The bikes added to our daily exercise routine. To anyone out there looking for a beautiful Florida vacation spot -we highly recommend this house. This would make your holiday dreams come true. Can't say enough good about the owners and how wonderful they are to deal with! If there is such a thing as a 10 star standard rating then this house wins in all areas. We hope to return again in the future. PS. Very close to wonderful shopping,golfing, fishing & beaches. Whatever your heart desires.ALSO we would like to recommend as a place to eat where the food is excellent & service just great & that is Farlows on the water. Book before you go! Thanks again. Loved the additional touches from last year's visit - the bikes, the computer printer, the kitchen dishes etc, etc. The high speed internet worked like a charm and was invaluable in keeping in touch with family/friends (and stockbroker) We love it here so much that we've already committed to next year and can hardly wait to be back.   Karen, Fantastic is the word that comes to mind from the moment we arrived at your villa in Rotonda. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, Because of your attention to detail, we had everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. It was hard to leave to return to the sub-zero Michigan winter. This was our first real get-away for longer than a weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place. The weather was beautiful starting a day after we arrived and the pool was fabulous, crystal clear and refreshing. The beaches in Englewood and in Boca Grande were great, and the sunsets were breath-taking and romantic. We found some wonderful restaurants (with help from the computer) in Englewood and in Placidia and had some nice fresh sea food and steaks. I would suggest Farlows on the water and the Fishery. Both featured the "catch of the day". We had heard about alligators in the canals around Rotonda and were shocked and fortunate to have an opportunity to see one just down the road from your villa. We were able to make several pictures, and can now joke about wrangling the "big boy". We now look forward to returning to Florida and realize that anything less than your wonderful villa would be a disappointment...............Thank You again Steve & Alicia Morse

  This is a beautiful villa with all the little extras that make it special.We really appreciated the computer and internet access. As visitors to this area since 1996 we can highly recommend it for beautiful beaches,wonderful seafood restaurants as well as shopping malls and cinemas all within 10-20 minutes drive. While staying at this lovely villa you can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of this great area.

  A beautiful house, one of the best in the area & we have stayed in ten. Karen was a pleasure to deal with. Situated in a quiet area but not far from restaurants & golf. Nothing was too much trouble to make our stay enjoyable. Would we return? No doubt, but if the word gets out it will be booked up early.

  If you are looking to vacation on the Gulf side of Florida, then look no further than here. A wonderful villa with everything exactly as advertised. Having retired last year, this was the perfect place to get away from it all. Peace and quiet, fabulous pool area, great interior. It has been a home away from home for us. Our hosts, especially Karen, have been superb. We have already committed to returning next year. We can hardly wait.

  DIAMOND DELITE VILLA WAS ALL AS ADVERTISED AND MORE--IT WAS A PERFECT GET AWAY FOR 2 COUPLES, EACH COUPLE HAVING THEIR OWN AREA, WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE POOL AREA. THE MEN WERE GOLFERS AND FOUND SO MANY GOLF COURSES IT WAS HARD FOR THEM TO DECIDE WHICH ONE TO PLAY. THE LADIES EXPLORED EVERY BEACH AND SHOPPING AREA FROM BOCA GRANDE TO LONGBOAT KEY, IN SARASOTA. WE ENTERTAINED AND OUR GUESTS HAD A GREAT TIME, MANY GOOD PLACES TO EAT, AND ALSO JUST LIKE AT HOME WITH ALL OF THE AMENITIES. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

  Fantastic!! From the moment we walked in till the time we left we had a wonderful relaxing time. The pictures we saw on the listing did not do the villa justice. Each room was absolutely huge and beautifully furnished. During our three week stay the pool was enjoyed every day. We didn't have to worry about the three little ones going into the pool area at all because of the alarm system going out to the pool area. That was a relief. We also really enoyed the peace and quite as well as the privacy in the neighbourhood. The forestry on either side of the house including the back was great. Englewood beach was visited frequently as well as some others. Over all we could not find a single negative thing to say about the villa. We were able to build some really great memories on this holiday and would definitely return in the future. Karen and Bryan are absolutely delightful people as well as the property management company and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.

  WOW is right! Absolutely superb. We had the most enjoyable vacation at the villa and did not want to leave. Everything from the kitchen utensils to the wonderful furnishings is top notch, first class all the way! This villa is the most comfortable, tranquil and relaxing place we have ever stayed in. Every attention to detail has been made. Fantastic, we can't wait to return. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Karen & Brian and the property management group.

  A wonderful place to get away from it all. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful (not even any light pollution to interfere with the spectacular night sky). Very comfortable home with everything you need. The kids loved the pool! A great place to recharge your batteries! Thanks for thinking of everything. (from pool towels to blowdryers)... Highly recommended, the property is just as advertised.

  If, like me you search guestbooks to find a few negatives until you believe it isn't all made then you should stop searching here as there are none (honest!!) This Villa is wonderful...the first word out of our mouths was "wow"! It is so peaceful, private and has everything in it you will need. Englewood beach is a short drive away and it is gorgeous (the Sea Turtles think so too!) and there are some really nice restaurant quite close too. My two children enjoyed the pool so much and the villa is so spacious that I sometimes had to search for my baby who had just learnt to crawl and had a great time exploring. Theres no steps to worry about either so that was a relief and there were nightlights provided which we never even thought about taking. We really enjoyed the music system which can be controlled in any room of the villa and the intercom between outside and inside. The only negative was my husband kept ordering his drinks through it if he happened to catch me standing in the kitchen! The owner, Karen, has been a pleasure to deal with and even rang the villa the day we arrived to check we had arrived safely. Really nice touch!! Well Done!

  Just returned from a family holiday in Rotonda. Villa was beautifully furnished, well cared for and our every need was catered for. Superb pool, lovely and warm and cleaned weekly. When we weren't sampling all the fantastic restaurants around we made full use of the barbecue. A great place for a chill out holiday.

  This Villa is one of the best we have rented in over 15 years of visiting Florida. The location and aspect make for very relaxing holiday with easy access to some of the best beaches on the Gulf. The house is tastefully decorated and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this to any discerning rentor.

  This is a fantastic Villa and certainlky has the wow factor. Everything is of the highest standard and would thoroughly recommend a stay here but without children.

  Owner response: Although our home has been designed with thought toward the more discerning adult, children are more than welcome.
