Our condo is located at end of the town of Douglas in Douglas Harbor Village. Walk out of our place and you will be right across from the pool and hot tub with club house. Keep going and you will be in Downtown Douglas with unique restaurants and art galleries. 2 Decks with Water views. Many repeat guests every year.
Two bedrooms 2.5 baths. All the comforts of home. Two gas fireplaces, one in master bedroom and one in living room. 40"HDTV in main living room. Granite and Marble throughout. Built in 2006, Maximum allowed in Condominium is 6. You are one mile around the harbor from downtown Saugatuck, 1.3 miles from Oval Beach and 5 minutes from the Ravines, a famed Arnold Palmer Signature golf course. Views of Douglas Harbor from both decks.

Why the Owner Chose Saugatuck
The area is beautiful and fun during day and evening. Pool right outside door and beach within 1.5 miles. Oval Beach is most beautiful beach within miles. You can walk right down to Douglas and some great unique resturants.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Rafting right down street, Having a glass of wine on deck and overlooking Saugatuck Harbor, The air is pure and the people very freindly. Holland is just 20 minutes away where all the chain shopping is and saugatuck and Douglas have the local flavor.

This condo is very nice. Clean, in great condition and perfect for families with teenagers who like to have their own space for video games and tv. Good location and close to the main street in Douglas as well as downtown Saugatuck. It's also close to beaches and sand dune rides. Several nice restauants in Douglas and Saugatuck. If you go to Holland, check out the 8th Street Grille.

Our family stayed here for a week in July 2010 and the location and amenities were perfect for us. Having a pool was ideal since we have two small children and it was right out the back door of the condo! We have been coming to the area for years and not many places (if any) have pools. Oval beach was a short drive as well as Saugatuck however you could walk to the grocery store and town of Douglas. We ate at Every Day People Cafe (in Douglas) which I HIGHLY recommend! Overall the condo was clean and spacious and fit our family's needs perfectly.
