Located on the tip of Little Hickory Island, Bonita Beach Club is a quiet and private paradise. The property is surrounded on three sides by water with the Gulf on the west side, an inlet on the north and a bay on the east side. A white sand beach lays in front and stretches to the south for five miles. The water is always warm in the pool, which is the largest on Bonita Beach. The islands immediately north of the condo are state park and recreation areas, and they include Lovers Key, recently rated by Coastal Living magazine to have one of the ten most romantic beaches in the U.S.
Our condo is on the second floor on the end of the building. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony on one side and onto lanais on the south side and on the west side facing the Gulf, giving the condo a very light and airy feel. The lanais are great places to sunbathe, dine, read or just watch the Gulf. This is a great place to come to just relax, but if you like activity, then without leaving the complex you can enjoy the pool, beach, tennis, shuffleboard, fitness center, billiards room, fishing, shelling, and bird and dolphin watching.
Nearby you will find many excellent restaurants ranging from the chains to very casual to upscale; shopping, public golf courses, boat rentals, fishing charters, two major league baseball spring training camps, greyhound racing, the Seminole casino, Henry Ford and Thomas Edison's winter homes, museums and much more.

About the owner: We-Charlie and Marilyn- live in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. We started vacationing in Florida when our two daughters were young children and wanted to go to Disney World. Then Charlie's parents started snow birding, and we started to come south more regularly.
Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach Club:
We became interested in Bonita Springs when Marilyn's cousin bought a condo at the Bonita Beach Club. It just seemed like such a nice place- right on the gulf and a bit quiet and secluded but at the same time close to so many interesting activities like shopping, dining, golf and entertainment. Before we knew it, we were buying one too.
