Everything is brand new in this newly renovated home, located in beautiful Belmar, New Jersey. Situated right on Silver Lake, you can enjoy breathtaking sunrises on the beach and beautiful sunsets on the lake, while dining on a spacious front porch.
Decorated professionally in 2005, no expense was spared. Plasma televisions are in every bedroom in the home, including a 42 inch screen in the living room. The state of the art kitchen has brand new appliances, including a ceramic cooktop. A spacious island separates the kitchen and dining room, making entertaining a breeze. Wood floors are throughout the first floor, which also includes one bedroom and full bath. Including the pull-out queen sofa, the first floor can sleep four. The second floor master bedroom, with lake and partial beach views, has a queen size-bed and a brand new Dell computer, with internet access. The third bedroom has two twin beds with one trundle, sleeping three. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. Closets are in each of the upstairs bedrooms. There is one full bathroom located on the second floor.
The location of this magnificent beach home in Belmar is prime. On beautiful Silver Lake, we are one and one-half blocks from the beach. Located in very family oriented North Belmar, there are many playgrounds within walking distance of the house. Joggers, bikers, kayakers, fishermen and walkers are a constant presence in and around the lake. Fine restaurants, as well as casual dining are within walking distance. Nearby are Six Flags Great Adventure and Point Pleasant Amusement Pier. Trains to and from New York City are within walking distance.
As an added amenity, we have included four beach badges and use of our beach chairs, with the rental of this home. Linens are provided if requested. Renters are asked to bring their own towels. Family renters are preferred, as are multiple week renters. Certified checks only, with payment plans available.
