  We vacation in the Gulf Region annually. However, this was our first time staying at the Splash. It came highly recommended by several friends and we weren't disappointed. The facilities were great, especially for children. Minus a couple of inconveniences, the condo was great and the owner (Barry Marshall) was fabulous to deal with. He was very kind, courteous and very prompt in answering any questions or concerns. This condo is on the eighth floor and offers a spectacular view of the beach. If you don't like a lot of kids around and you are seeking quiet time, then look elsewhere. But if you're looking for a place for your kids to have a lot of fun in a safe, clean and secure environment, then you've found the perfect facility and a great condo to stay!

  We booked this unit as a treat for our grandsons. The place is perfect for young families. I couldn't believe all the activities located within the unit. AND, the condo was clean and nicely furnished. I would recommend this unit and hope to rent again.

  We had an amazing time. It was so nice to just go straight to your condo and not have to checking in. The owner was great to work with and responded immediately regarding any questions that we may have had. The condo was very nice and very relaxing. My husband and I loved the color scheme and decorations. The kids loved the bunk bed area. The pool areas are extremely nice, our kids had a wonderful time and I can't wait to make our reservation for next year at the same condo. I have already recommended this condo to several friends. When you get to Pananma CIty be sure and go to Mikes Diner..The food is AMAZING.

  This is our 4th year to Splash and our 3rd to this specific condo. We had a fantastic time. My children ages 6 and 4 always love the water park, the lazy river, and the bunk beds in the unit. This is such a family friendly unit and has all the things we need. I love the owners and it is always a pleasure to rent from them. I recommend this unit to any family looking for a reasonable and family friendly vacation. Just minutes from Pier Park and all the fabulous activites for kids.

  We had an amazing time. It was so nice to just go straight to your condo and not have to mess with checking in. The owner was great to work with and responded immediately regarding any questions that we may have had. Wished there could have been a few more amenities in the kitchen but nothing we couldnt get by without. Loved the view & cant wait to come back next year!

  The unit was fantastic. What beach front isn't?! The resort amenities were superb. The owner of the condo was incredibly responsive & friendly, as well as the staff. Had a wonderful & relaxing experience. I wish there were more kitchen gadgets/items in the place - but I would definitely rent this condo again! The complimentary beach loungers and umbrella were a definite PLUS!

  We just got back from our week long stay at Splash! This condo was great and the resort was awesome!!! A must stay for people with kids, everyone is so nice and helpful, you are away from most of the college or highschool kids and all I really seen were families! It was great and can't wait to go back again!

  my family of 5 (+plus 2 of our kids friends) stayed here from april 21-25. The room was perfect and decorated very nice and very clean. The weather was perfect but if it hadnt been the heated pools would have helped one is completely coverd as well as the water park the other pool gets lots of sun and the splash pad for kids is great. Easy access to the beach and having the umbrella and beach chairs that came with the room made for an awesome day at the beach everyday we were there. We would recommend this condo to everyone with kids, great family atmosphere. They even had an easter egg hunt by the pool. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you need. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing. We can't wait to go back again.

  We have stayed at several different resorts in Panama City and this is by far our favorite. The condo is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The owner was very prompt in answering our concerns. Highly recommended!!!!!
