Rose Coral Villa is a beautiful four bedroom, three and a half bathroom vacation villa. This lovely Florida vacation retreat, just 30 minutes for Orlando International Airport, is located in the new and prestigious community of Sandy Ridge. Home backs onto a woodland conservation area, which provides a beautiful unspoiled view from the lanai, where there is a heated pool and spa. So tranquil, so peaceful and yet, only 10 minutes from Disney World, 15 minutes from Sea World, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
For those who prefer the sun and surf, the East Coast beaches and Space Center are only an hour a way. If you plan your visit right, you may even be able to see a space shuttle launch! West Coast beaches, with their unbelievable powdery white sand, are just an hour and a half away.

Elegantly, yet, comfortably furnished and well equipped for all your vacation needs. Sleeps 8 in four bedrooms, with all of the bedrooms having cable television, clock radios, and ceiling fans.
All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor.
The first master has a king bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom with a vanity with twin sinks, large walk in shower shower. The second mater has a queen bedroom, closet, and private bathroom with large walk-in shower. Both masters have a view of the conservation area.
The first twin bedroom has been decorated with young visitors in mind, with a Mickey Mouse TV and lamp, as well as Sea World theme bedding. The second twin is a spacious room with a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms share a convenient full bathroom, with shower and tub.
The living room provides a comfortable area to talk, relax and watch the cable TV. Included for your entertainment, is a DVD/VHS player, play station, with games, stereo/CD/radio, as well as board games and books. The open plan design leads onto a large dining area, with an elegantly set table, ready for you to enjoy your meals. A patio door leads onto the pool and spa area.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a large breakfast bar. The kitchen is furnished with microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, coffee maker, toaster, blender plus all the odds and ends you need to feel at home. The house also includes large pantry.
By the pool, there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan, patio table and chairs, also loungers and gas barbeque. Pool can be protected by a child safety fence. During the cooler months, the pool and spa can be heated for a small additional charge.
For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with full size washing machine and dryer.
Towels, linens, and hair dryers are provided. For those with younger children, a high-chair and portable crib are available for your use.
Within minutes of the house, there is a new Publix supermarket, Walgreens drugstore, along with various restaurants and other retail establishments. Just a little bit further is highway 192, which provides you access to hundreds of restaurants, shopping and entertainment opportunities.
For the golfers among you, there is Champions Gate golf complex, which has two courses designed by Greg Norman. Also nearby is the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.
There is local management to ensure that your stay in Orlando is everything you hoped it would be. Other services include rental cars and attraction tickets are available from the management company.

My family stayed here for five weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. My three children loved the pool and would have lived there if they could. All amenities needed were provided and the photos show the house exactly as is. Planning another trip in the near future and would recommend this home to anyone.

We just returned for 6 days in Orlando and stayed at Rose Coral Villa. The house was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and clean. We loved relaxing outside by the pool after a long day of theme parks. The kids played ping pong, pool, and foosball. The neighborhood is very nice and a short drive to Disney World. I think Animal Kingdom was about 7.5 miles away. There's are stores close by, including a grocery store, pharmacy, and gas station. I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing, uncrowded stay.

This house is perfect for a Disney vacation. Getting to the parks was so easy. The house is exactly as pictured. It was decorated so nice. It was only my husband and I ( and our golden retriever ) so we had plenty of room. It was nice to have the pool to come back to after a day at the parks. We relaxed and had dinner on the lanai. The gas grill was an extra perk. The owners were very easy to work with. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. We'll be back soon, hopefully later this year!

My family visited Florida (Disney) for the first time, coming from Ireland, London, and Milwaukee and this property was great in terms of capacity, location, amenities, and services. Within reasonable driving distance from everything. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Excellent property, had a wonderful time. My wife and I, along with our daughter, her husband, and our 3 grandchildren, boys 11 and 13, girl 17, were all pleased with the accomodations. Great location for Disney with no city traffic to deal with. Everything as advertised, great value for the price, would definitely recommend to others.
