Villa Soleil is located in the historic Foundry section of Truman Annex, a beautiful gated community in the heart of Old Key West.
Your entry through a white gated fence, opens to a private brick courtyard lush with palm trees and brightly flowering tropical plants, providing the best of Key West outdoor living. A new gas grill awaits the grill-meister. French doors open to the interior, which is beautifully decorated with Caribbean flair and colors, reflecting the warm tone of the Keys.
Large windows and high ceilings, finished with crown mouldings, create a bright and airy feeling. Comfortable seating and dining are abundant in the living area, which flows to the open gourmet kitchen with full service appliances and granite countertops.
At nearly 1300 square feet, three level Villa Soleil sleeps six comfortably. There are two master bedrooms, one with a private balcony, each on their own floor with private full baths, and a pull out sleep sofa in the living area with a half bath. Ceiling fans and wooden blinds on all the windows create comfortable privacy.
Villa Soleil has the latest in electronics with two CD players, stereo cable televisions and broadband wireless Internet access throughout. The third floor bedroom has a small business center, with fax and working desk, for those who cannot leave work at home.

What a perfect vacation rental. The condo was wonderfully equipped- everything you need from wifi to dishes to washer/dryer, etc, etc. The condo had 3 floors..the first a nice open living room/kitchen combo and 1/2 bath; the second floor had a large master bedroom, lots of closet space and a nice bath and the 3rd floor had a pleasant bedroom/bath with office equipment if you need. There is a small outside porch on the first floor, perfect for sitting outside with a book ( there was also a grill for cooking, which we did not use). the company was very easy to work with...everything was in perfect condition and exactly as promised. The location couldn't be beat...steps away from the waterfront and duval street yet very quiet. No water view but only a 3 minute walk to the waterfront and a very short bike ride from Zachary Taylor beach. we would definitely rent this place again!

We had an incredible time at this wonderful townhouse that is well appointed, close to everything like Duval Street and Mallory Square but yet worlds away in comfort, relaxation, peace/quiet and general serenity. It was a perfect home base for our little family to explore Key West, participate in a wedding and just generally take in anything and everything that Key West has to offer (which, by the way, is quite a lot). We would definitely recommend staying at Villa Soleil in the Truman Annex where the little White House is a stone's throw away and virtually everything else is within a short stroll, walk or drive. One word, outstanding!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, families with young children.
