A small Tasar sail boat, kayaks and a children’s row boat are provided for use along with free exclusive use of the marina, boat storage and a deepwater swinging mooring enhance the prominent position of the property.</p> <p>Internally Harbour House comfortable sleeps eight people with all the rooms located on the first floor, whilst downstairs the open plan living area contains all the home comforts including a fully fitted kitchen and the luxury of a sauna. Externally, the property is home to some truly unique touches including a hot tub, furnished patio area and outdoor shower, ideal for hosing down after playing out at sea.</p> <p>Having officially only become a town in the early nineteenth century, Torpoint can trace its’ roots back to the Domesday Book with the first official ferry service starting back to 1791.
