Lower Deck is a large apartment set over the bottom two floors within a Victorian house complex situated within the popular town of Salcombe, just 10 minutes to the sandy beach.

Internally, Lower Deck boasts five bedrooms with four en-suites and a family bathroom. Externally, the property benefits from a large private terrace & garden overlooking shared outside heated swimming pool. The terrace and decking area provides vast rural views and distant sea views from the upper living area.

Situated in the most southerly part of Devon, Salcombe is a harbour town with an extensive waterfront. This has led to Salcombe becoming one of the most popular places for pleasure sailing and yachting in the UK. Surrounded by picturesque villages, secluded beaches and situated on the coastal path, Salcombe is an ideal base to explore the coast and country.

Please note: This property can only accommodate one small dog.

This property operates on a Friday to Friday basis for July, August and all school holidays.

The swimming pool is in operation between 28th May and 21st September. The times of use are 8am to approximately 9pm or sunset. Children using the pool must be supervised at all times by an adult.

Rates

All prices are in £ per week. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available outside of July and August, prices on application. All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Each booking also incurs a non-refundable booking fee of £25 (which is included in the prices above). Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium  for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week. Properties in Bude incur a 10% premium for stays over the Bude Jazz Festival. In the run up to and including the Olympic period,the prices of properties in close proximity to the sailing area will vary from those listed above,please refer to the website to obtain prices for this period.
