Whether you are looking for a relaxing or an action packed vacation the Ka'anapali Royal is the right place to be. It is a quite resort that sits just behind the busy Whalers Village and the Ka'anapli Beach Resorts.
Our Remodeled, Air-conditioned, 1800 square feet condo is located on the top (3rd) floor which gives you the ability to have a gorgeous view of the ocean. It comes fully equipped with every thing you need to relax. You can sit on your Lanai and look out over the gorgeous Gardens that surround the pool, watch golfers play the 16th fairway of the Ka'anapali Golf Course or off to the horizon you can see people parasailing out in the Ocean. But the best part of the day is sitting back and watching the sunset from your own private lanai. There is a very comfortable swivel chairs/table set plus a BBQ, and a bar with a sink and a refrigerator all located on the lanai. The BBQ is great for the evenings you would like to just stay in, relax and enjoy the views. The kitchen is fully furnished with up scaled appliances. You will love the extras that it has like the silent Bosh dish washer and the instant hot water for your coffee or tea.
The suites are extremely roomy with King size beds and full size bathrooms, which are supplied with fresh linens. Each bedroom also includes a sitting area with TV's that are equipped with cable. One bedroom is on the main floor this room also has a Twin size pull out bed for an extra guest stay. Then the Master bedroom is very private located up stairs with Ocean Views. This layout is a perfect getaway for two couples. Or for Parents that need a little privacy form there kids. Our Condo is also outfitted with a washer and dryer which gives you the option to pack light.
The Royal is a gated community. Its amenities include, plentiful parking (allowing you to park directly in front of your condo), two lighted tennis courts, a large pool area which includes a Jacuzzi, shaded lounge chairs, gas B.B.Q., dining furniture and a powered bar for making your favorite drinks.
For close by activities guests can play golf at the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course. Call them to reserve your tee time. You can also take walks down to the garden areas or to the 3 mile beach walk. There is also the very popular Whalers Village which is packed full of shopping and restaurants. Another fun activity is Snorkeling/Diving at the Famous Black Rock. And a MUST SEE is watching the torch burning ceremony at Sunset which ends with a breathtaking cliff dive right into the ocean.
We love vacationing at our home away from home and we know you will feel the same.

Why the Owner Chose Kaanapali Royal
We wanted to be close to the beach and near Whaler Village. Its where we love to hang out. We enjoy the walking path in front of the resorts and the golf course. Kaanapali Royal fits our needs and we are able to have the ocean views we wanted. We looked at many places and loved the KR not being a ski-rise building and being very quite compared to the bigger condo complex. When we first saw our condo it felt like a home that we could maybe one day live in.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Its a great place to Vacation with the Kids. We have a 9 and a 10 year old now. When were not out shopping, sight seeing or playing at the Beach were at the Pool. It's not crowded and the kids can play in a safe environment. When they are done with that we go to the Tennis Courts. Then end up back at the Pool to BBQ Pool side and finish off with a walk to the Village for some ice cream. The Kaanapali Royal has a home away from home feel were we can just relax and spend time being a Family.
A day of Shopping. A day at the Beach. With local Stores, Designer Boutiques, Fashion, Art, Hula Lessons, Lei Making, Evening Performances and Restaurants, it’s not a mall. It’s your vacation.

We were married on Maui 14 years ago on the beautiful grounds of the Sheraton over looking Black Rock. We fell in love with Maui the year before on vacation and decided that Maui was going to be a big part of ours lives. We bought our first Vacation Rental 12 years ago in Pismo Beach, Ca. In the past 13 years we have mastered how to fully equipped a Vacation Rental and knowing keeping them updated is very important.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely come back and stay here again. The condo is very clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. It is in a gated community with a pool, hot tub, and golf course. It's very private and quiet but a short walk to the beach, Whalers Village, and Black Rock.

This place was AMAZING, and spacious enough for my family of five adults. The house has everything you will need, trust me, everything! Details were amazing, fully loaded kitchen, spices, a cooking haven. The floor plan afforded my husband and I privacy when required (with a private upstairs bedroom suite/master bath) and no one was stepping on each others toes. The views can't be adequately described. We were very happy to be in such a beautiful place with an amazing view. The owners were great and very attentive to our questions/needs. This was my first internet (non-hotel) rental and I was a little nervous about what we might expect. Natalie was always quick to reply to my email questions and put me at ease. Even though this is not on the beach, the property is much better than most beach condos I've seen. It is very well kept. And only a 5-minute walk (across the golf course, and through the Whalers) to the beach. Absolutely perfect for quiet evenings and sunset watching. I would definitely use this place again if available.

My husband, his parents, and I spent two weeks in Maui, and we were extremely pleased with the condo. It was even more beautiful and comfortable than was described by the owner, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island. Not only was the condo spacious, well decorated, and clean, but it was fully outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including convenience items (paper towels, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, and trash bags), beach towels, a portable cooler for day-long adventures, and a kitchen with a full array of gadgets and cooking accessories. In addition, both the owner and the condo complex office staff and grounds personnel were all very nice and welcoming. I had a couple of questions that came up during my stay, and I emailed the owner, who got back with me within a couple of hours. Thank you to the owners of J303. We will definitely stay at the condo the next time we vacation in Maui.

From the moment we drove into Kaanapali Royal we knew we were in for a treat in paradise. The grounds are beautiful with yellow, orange, and pink flowers amongst others and unit J303 on the third level was perfect for us. This unit is exactly as it is described and very accomodating! We loved the instant hot water, the views, the comfy couch and beds, and OMG the shower upstairs is huge! Actually we loved everything about this condo and we really dreaded leaving. Definitely book at least 7 days here on Maui, there is plenty to see including Lahaina, Honolua Bay, Molokini, Hana Highway and so much more. You can drive just north of Kaan Royal and park and walk down to Honolua Bay and snorkel for hours.. just take your snorkel equipment and a towel. Maui is a beatiful paradise and J303 was a perfect home during our stay. Highly recommend.
