Sandestin Beach Resort has been rated several years in a row as one of the best beach resorts in the South, by Southern Living. Our resort has it all, including all the water activities, tennis, as well as (4) 18 hole golf courses. Even if you just walk or ride a bike, you see water from the Bay, Ocean, or man made lakes on the golf courses. You do NOT have to leave the resort, as several upscale and down home restaurants are inside the resort both on the beach and at the Baytowne Wharf.
If you need a second villa nearby, we have a close friend within the Beachwalk Villas that is very similar to ours. We will be glad to help you coordinate the additional rental.
You will love Beachwalk Villas as you do not have anyone below or above you. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with twins in the guest and king in the master. Our unit was completely remodeled in 2004 and has granite counters in the kitchen and furniture such as Tommy Bahama and Pottery Barn. We are a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS allowed unit, so the unit smells great. Tile throughout downstairs and a beachy color scheme add to the relaxed beach feel.
Plus our location is ideal. It is just a short walk to the Beach or the Sandestin market where you can grab a burger or cup of Starbuck's coffee. We have a beautiful view straight down a lake from both the master and living room. On a rainy day, relax with a good book on the couch and watch the ducks run around. Heated pool within our association is great for the kids after you return from the beach, or throw a fishing pole into the lake and catch fish or practice your casting. If you become bored on that rainy day, it is exactly one mile to the largest outlet mall in the US.
Approximately 90% of our clients are repeat and we will be glad to provide references. Unit is fully loaded and all you need are beach towels.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. We do not provide an amenity card that Sandestin provides, but our rates are 35-40% off their posted rates of $2500 for the summer weeks! (This is just a discount coupon book basically, at a limited number of their stores or activities.)
