Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Must be 25 years old to rent this unit. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
To the rate shown, we must add 12% tax and an $100 cleaning fee. We collect a FULLY refundable damage deposit of $200, which is returned to you as soon as the maid confirms that no damage was done to the condo.
We have a referral for you if you need more than one unit, which is also located within the Beachwalk Villas. Nice for large families and friends vacationing together.
Sandestin Beach Resort has been rated several years in a row as one of the best beach resorts in the South, by Southern Living. Our resort has it all, including all the water activities, tennis, as well as (4) 18 hole golf courses. Even if you just walk or ride a bike, you see water from the Bay, Ocean, or man made lakes on the golf courses. You do NOT have to leave the resort, as several upscale and down home restaurants are inside the resort both on the beach and at the Baytowne Wharf.
You will love Beachwalk Villas as you do not have anyone below or above you. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with twins in the guest and king in the master. Our unit was completely remodeled in 2008 and has granite counters in the kitchen and furniture such as Tommy Bahama and Pottery Barn. We are a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS allowed unit, so the unit smells great. Tile throughout downstairs and a beachy color scheme add to the relaxed beach feel.
Plus our location is ideal. It is just a short walk (5-10 min) to the Beach or the Sandestin market where you can grab a burger or cup of Starbuck's coffee. We have a beautiful view straight down a lake from both the master and living room. On a rainy day, relax with a good book on the couch and watch the ducks run around. Seasonally heated pool within our association is great for the kids after you return from the beach, or throw a fishing pole into the lake and catch fish or practice your casting. If you become bored on that rainy day, it is exactly one mile to the largest outlet mall in the US.
Approximately 90% of our clients are repeat and we will be glad to provide references. Unit is fully loaded and all you need are beach towels.
Renters must be at least 25 years old. We do not provide an amenity card that Sandestin provides, but our rates are 35-40% off their posted rates of $2500 for the summer weeks! (This is just a discount coupon book basically, at a limited number of their stores or activities.)

A friend and I came to Sandestin for a week's vacation from Colorado. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area! It was very clean, comfortable and we really enjoyed the quiet being on the lake with no noise from other units. It is also so wonderful to be close to the pool and the beach as well as all the other amenities offered by the resort. We would highly recommend it to anyone who is coming to the area-it is wonderful and you will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family stayed at this villa during Spring Break of 2013 The owner is awesome! Everything looks just as it does in the photos. The property was clean and very well maintained. Sandestin was the perfect resort with pre-teen kids. We took our own bikes and were able to ride all over. We drove to beach at both the resort and nearby State Park (Henderson). We actually liked the State Park better to avoid the crowds. This area in Florida is packed at Spring Break, so be warned of traffic on main highway to Destin. If we decide to go back to Florida Panhandle, we would definately try to get this unit again. thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo was in great shape. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. Would recommend to my friends. It is very comfortable. The owner was very gracious and responsive. Easy to work with. Sandestin is beautiful. Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have rented from owner for seven years. The owner is excellent. Takes care of things. The condo is easy walk to pool or beach. Condo has plenty of space. Sandestin is a great place with lots to do. I would recommend this condo to everybody.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Beachwalk Villas:
I have my own maid...not a cleaning company. Also a handyman in case something breaks. It is extra clean and smells good as pets and smoking are NOT allowed. Approx 75% of our clients are repete! My snowbird (three month rental) has been with me for 7 years.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Lake front and short walking distance to the beach. (Just high rise building in front of you.) Our own private association pool and pool house, including saltwater instead of chlorine. Great for kids after the beach. Just updated and expanded in 2012!
