This beautiful two bedroom two bath condo is within walking distance to the Peak 9 ski area base and downtown. Parents, walk your kids to ski school! The Peak 9 base area is home to the Breckenridge child care center, ski school and Quicksilver super chair. The unit is on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive. It is a 3-5 minute walk to the south end of Main Street where you can begin your stroll down Main street to find lots of shopping and restaurants.

This unit is 1200 sq ft and has a king bed in the master, two twin beds and a twin over twin bunk bed in the second bedroom(total of 4 twin beds in second bedroom). There is also a pullout queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is seating for ten in the dining room and a modern kitchen with granite countertops. Enjoy spectacular ski area views from the private outdoor hot tub on the balcony of this second floor, elevator accessed condo. For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer, free high speed internet, gas fireplace, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a ski storage closet on the first floor.

The Corral at Breckenridge complex is located on the corner of Main Street and Broken Lance Drive. The complex offers two outdoor common hot tubs, fitness gym, steam room, heated parking lots and is a stop on the free shuttle bus. It is also across the street from the Breckenridge Ice skating rink.

  • We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed from extra blankets to a well-stocked kitchen. More than anything we appreciated how organized the owners are. Upon booking we received a detailed packet of information about the condo, our deposit was promptly refunded, and emails were responded to rapidly and in a friendly manner. We rent from owners regularly, and these were the best owners we have ever dealt with. Thanks!

  • The condo was everything we wanted. The place was very clean, the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, and the bathrooms were stocked. The view of the mountains was great and there is a ski rental shop, gas station and restaraunt within a block or two. The base of Peak 9 is within walking distance but there are free shuttle bus stops that made getting to the slopes even easier. Overall all we would rate our stop a 10. Definitely a place we would stay again.

  • This is a wonderful, wonderful condo...roomy, very well appointed, spotless, and a great location. The views from the living room are spectacular Combine all this with the best winter/summer location in the country and you have ALL the ingredients for the perfect vacation. Enjoy...we did...A LOT! I can't forget to mention that the owners make your stay effortless...extremely organized and easy to book!!! You WILL be IMPRESSED!!!
