This is our second time staying here. As always, super nice, clean and comfortable. Great location, hot tub was perfect for early mornings watching the moon go down over the mountains. Definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you Angie & Will, My daughter and I were longing for the mountains and Breckenridge. Everything about this condo was just what we wanted and exactly as shown on the internet, only nicer. Angie & Will were very easy to work with and answered the few questions we had right away. Had our deposit back in just a few days. It was so thoughtful for you to provide the humidifiers for our comfort. Views of the mountains were magnificent from all the windows and from the balcony hot tub. The building was very nice and well maintained and we loved having the elevator. I wish we could have stayed longer, the time went so fast. We can't thank you enough for sharing your lovely home with us and hope to be back again soon. A great experience!

Great stay in Breckenridge

Stayed at this lovely condo for 5 nights in Feb. It was very nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed. Condo was very clean when we arrived and was just as pictured. Great views of the slopes, except that it snowed so hard each day that we could hardly see them! Never had a problem finding a parking place and appreciated the heated parking lot and walkways. The owners were super nice and very easy to work with. Promptly returned the security deposit and payment via paypall worked great. Would definately stay here again and would recommend this place to others. Convienent to town as well as the slopes.

Perfect Stay in Breck

My mother in law who lives in France found this place online and wanted to rent this for her visit to Colorado but was hesitant to book online, so I acted as the mediator. For those reading the review, I can honestly say that these owners are very trustworthy, and are absolutely committed to making the booking experience as smooth as possible. Most of us are looking fro a great place to stay so we can ski or do whatever in Breckenridge. Having a nice place to stay and reserving that place should be the easy part. This place is Hot! Add on top of that a rental unit that is very clean, has a private hot tub on a balcony facing the Ski slopes, parking, elevator access, and every appliance you'll ever need, you can not go wrong with renting this unit. The payment process thru paypal worked quite well and is very secure. The full security deposit was returned promptly. We traveled with 2 small children and the unit had games and a few videos suitable for the kids. During our stay, we had 2 full days to burn so we skied Peak 8 (Taking the Gondola) for a day. Next day, we took the kids sleigh riding at Carter Park (free), walked main street and of course grabbed some Crepes and Starbucks, then went back for more sleigh riding. Two full days is not enough for avid skiers but with kids it was enough as we were zonked every night and took full advantage of the Hot Tub. If you are driving in from Denver, we rented our equipment from Sport Authority in Dillon. It is very easy to access and the equipment was brand new for 2011. Plus it was close enough to return the equipment the evening we were done skiing even though we were staying longer. Just make sure you have room in your vehicle for the extra gear (my skiis rode on top of the dashboard and armrest ) If you dont care about price, there are lots of places to rent gear in Breck. Just bring your smile and your credit card. There are many places to eat and the Unit has a notebook of previous renters and their experiences. Otherwise the grocery store is about 1/4 mile down the road. Overall, it was an all around pleasant experience and do seriously consider this unit if you are looking for a ski vacation or even a get away vacation. There is a lot do in breckenridge and the surrounding area. Why not stay someplace you'll feel safe, comfortable and happy. Did I mention the hot tub?

Awesome Ski Condo!

This condo is an excellent place to stay if you are skiing. We loved everything about it! The unit was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The fully equipped kitchen made it great to save money and cook some meals at the condo. The private hot tub was icing on the cake. For our family, a private hot tub is a must when we go skiing. We enjoy skiing during the day and the coming home to hop in a relaxing hot tub in the evening. The owners of the condo are great and very easy to work with. They answer questions promptly and are very quick at refunding the deposit. Our family would highly recommend this condo to anybody looking for a place to rent in Colorado!

Lovely stay in Breck!

We just spent 6 nites here and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable, and we LOVED the hot tub in the evenings. We walked most times in to town rather than deal with any traffic issues, less than a 10 minute walk to the Brewery or the Quandry Restaurants. Very ez transaction to rent etc...recommend to anyone for a pleasant stay.

Very nice Condo

This condo is a very nice location in Breckenridge. Full kitchen allowed us to eat in rather than out all the time. Welcome binder in the condo showed various activities and restaurants for us to enjoy. Hot tub was a nice plus that you will not find in all rental units. Elevator was also very nice so we didn't have to climb the stairs after a long day of skiing. Basement had a place for us to store our skiis/snowboards/coats/boots which was very nice- they didn't have to stink up the condo. Bathroom facilities were clean and in good working order. We used the in-room laundry washer/dryer a few times and they worked great also. Beds were comfortable. Parking lot had plenty of parking, and had heated cement. Quiet neighborhood. We would recommend Mi Casa - ate there 2 years ago, and we also ate at Michaels Italiano this year which was very good. The walk to the lift was a bit farther than we anticipated, however there is a shuttle that stops just outside the parking lot to get you closer to the base of the mountains if you wish to use that. Breckenridge has a nice libary on the north end of town. This condo did have good Wifi, but my computer was not in working order. The library allowed me to use their computers for free. Parking downtown breckenridge is not the greatest, you can probably find a spot if you go out early. One day, we rode the gondola to the base of peak 7, which was a nice ride and view of the mountains. Parking there is not free, (we thought it was going to be). Tip if you use the gondola on a busy day: get into the singles line, you'll get on a gondola faster. Our passes were good for several local ski resorts (Keystone, Vail, etc..) but Breckenridge was so nice we never wanted to go anywhere else. Overall, we had a great experience in Breckenridge and do plan to return in the future, we would recommend this Condo to our friends and family. Thanks!

Location was awesome, hot tub was awesome. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. We felt so at home in this condo. Lots of information provided on restaurants and thing to do. Would definitely recommend staying here. We will be back. Great customer service also. Go to Eric's Downstairs, Irish Pub, Whale Tail, Northtowne Pizza, MiCasa, and of course ski Breckenridge. We boarded Breck and Loveland, it was fantastic.

My wife and two sons had a wonderful time in the condo this July! We loved the private hot tub on the deck which was all ready to go when we arrived. The views were great from the hot tub, kitchen and living room. The condo is very attractive with nice decor and furniture. Everything was clean and in good condition and we used most every appliance with lots of cooking and doing laundry etc. ; so handy to do everything right in the unit. Main street was a short walk too.

We just got back from our stay last week. The condo was clean and comfortable. I am impressed with the heating - we were not cold at all. It did get a little warm sometimes even though we had the heat turned off. The view from the balcony was awesome and the location perfect. Shops were close by and the proximity to Peak 9 was very convenient. Anyway, we had a great time in Breck and this condo was a big part of it. It felt like home and the owners were so easy to deal with.

My only complaint with the condo is while they do have internet, it's not wireless. It's something to keep in mind if you're bringing portable devices that do not have Ethernet ports. Overall it was an amazing vacation and the condo definitely had something to do with the great time. We'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great time in Breckendridge. All I can say is there was nothing better than the hot tub after a full day on the slopes! We'll definitely stay here again."

My family and I stayed here in January and had a wonderful time! The location was excellent, so close to the ski school for the kids, the Peak 9 chair, plus shopping and restaurants. The place is as exactly pictured, with wester decor, a spacious layout and comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well equipped, the fireplace great at the end of the day and the hot tub perfect after skiing. I will request this same unit again and would recommend to anyone!

We had a great time and loved this condo! It's very pretty, cosy, spacious, clean and convenient with fully equiped kitchen, bathrooms and the super nice hot tub of course:) All arrangements worked perfectly smooth from the time of booking to the refund of the deposit. Everything exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every day of the stay. The owners make you feel so welcome and are super easy to get hold of if you have questions or concerns. We rented this unit from Angie and Will for a 3 night stay. Nice unit. They were great to work with. Everything was detailed and very well organized. The condo is close to the lifts and main street. Sleeping arrangements were an issue for 3 couples. The sofa sleeper is awful!!

A Dream Vacation

We stayed at the P-----s' condo Feb. 9 - 16. We found it clean, comfortable, and spacious. Payment, checking in / leaving were all hassle-free. The accomodations were warm & friendly; sleeping arrangements for 4 were more than ample. We'd easily have hosted 2 more without being crowded. The hot tub was present as advertised, and was serviced routinely, again hassle-free. Parking was no concern: absolutely nothing went wrong. The location is convenient; a 10-minute walk to the nearest lift, a 15-minute walk to the convention centre, and a car-free distance from all major shopping except for heavy groceries. Within a 20-min. drive, if Breckenridge becomes routine, are Copper, Keystone, and Arapaho: more than ample variety, ample challenge, for a 1-week stay. ......and if that wasn't enough, our hosts somehow managed to arrange 10 days of uninterrupted gorgeous weather. We'll be back.

Convenient Location

The condo is a short, maybe ten minute walk in ski boots, to the Peak 9 lifts and not too far from downtown. The free town bus service picks up half a block out the door. It is very easy to locate, right off the main road, but if you were to take an airport shuttle to Breck, you wouldn't really need a car. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with a nice kitchen and living area, with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had all the necessary pots, pans and dishes to make our stay enjoyable. There was also a selection of board games to enjoy, and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. If there was any complaint at all, some of our group felt the beds were a bit too soft, but that's more of a personal thing. I wouldn't NOT stay there just because of that. It was a pleasure dealing with the owners, as they responded quickly to any questions we had and in a very friendly manner, and returned the security deposit promptly. I would definitely consider returning to this property and would recommend it to my friends. I've rented other condos on other ski trips, and this one was as nice as any I've stayed in.

The condo was great...and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of skiing. The condo was nicely furnished and in great shape. Very nice roomy condo with great views. The gas fireplace warms up the living room and kitchen in no time, and the hottub is very enjoyable with the views off the deck. Located only a couple blocks from the start of town, made for an easy walk to get food, drinks, DVD rentals. Large kitchen, and dining area made. The only thing I think could make this place better was a High Definition Television. I would stay here again, and recommend it highly.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - it had everything we needed from extra blankets to a well-stocked kitchen. More than anything we appreciated how organized the owners are. This is a very cozy, spacious condo with views to die for. The slopes are a stones throw away and can be seen from the windows in the unit as well as the balcony.The kitchen was very well equipped and made cooking a pleasure. We especially loved sitting in the hot tub under the stars. The condo is easy walking distance to town and many restaurants, This is a very nice condo with high end decor and excellent maintenance.

Once again, we have enjoyed our stay in your condo. We try to go every year, sometimes twice, and always check to see if your place is available. The location is perfect to take in the mountains and their splendor. It's truly like a home away from home. We love the arrangement and the awesome view from the living and patio area. The nicely furnished kitchen is an added bonus for times when we preferred to stay in and cook a nice meal. Having the private hot tub on the patio was awesome! Feels like home and close to everything

The condo was very comfortable, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We skiied three resorts during our time and was very close to all; Breckenridge, Keystone and A-basin. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. The hot tub was the key to us skiing for 5 days straight! I know I would not have made it if the condo was without this key item. Our owners were very responsive, and answered questions we had in a timely manner. We only give this a good rating, as it was not a ski in and out; and we did not have extra keys which I believe was a mistake by the management. It did not hinder our stay in anyway.

The condo was everything we wanted. The place was very clean, the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cookware, and the bathrooms were stocked. The view of the mountains was great and there is a ski rental shop, gas station and restaraunt within a block or two. The base of Peak 9 is within walking distance but there are free shuttle bus stops that made getting to the slopes even easier. Overall all we would rate our stop a 10. Definitely a place we would stay again.

The condo is in great shape, and has a great mountain view. At the end of the day, there's nothing better than getting into a hot tub. Having one on the porch is even better. It is closer to town than you might think. It's very close (I'd guess less than 200 yards) to the Breckenridge Brewery.
