Step into the sand as you walk off the deck and make your way down to the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the six miles of pristine white sands or just sit by the ocean as you read your summer novel. The inside of this middle unit has been totally redecorated and has all of the modern amenities. The master bedroom and one upstairs bedroom looks out to the wetlands for spectacular sunset, while the third bedroom has views of the ocean. Please see link below for more pictures. The house is split into two units - yours is located on the 1st floor and 1/2 of the second floor. The other half is rented year-round by the property manager.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a electric range, microwave oven, and dishwasher as well as the necessities from lobster pot to stemware. A washer and dryer are located upstairs. There are two decks - one at sand level and the other with a view of the ocean.

Why the Owner Chose Salisbury Beach
My parents bought the house when I was a kid. My Dad took the run down beach cottage that was there and rebuilt it into a great 2 apartment home! My brother and I now take care of the house from afar with a tremendous amount of help from our property manager, Eric.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The rental property is located right next to the house I grew up in. It is on the beach side of the street with one house to walk by to get onto the beach. The beach is great and the ocean is even better.

it was my 2nd year renting the house and another perfect vacation. the house was ready for our arrival neat and clean. We really appreciate the quiet family area location. I love being able to step off the deck right into the sand. I would reccommend it to anyone. It's a great house and great location.

This house is in the most perfect location at Salisbury Beach. It's in the North End between the State Reservation and Seabrook, NH. It's quiet with mostly families as renters or full time residents in the area. You can step off the deck and put your toes in that warm sand. The property was clean and exactly as shown and described. Another great thing is that you can open windows on both the beach side and the street side and get wonderful cross-breezes at night that you can't do with some of the rentals that rent front half/back half. I highly recommend renting this beach house.

This year I had the pleasure of staying 2 weeks at the "Beach House". The area is wonderful, the owners and property manager very helpful and the fireworks downtown on Saturday night were excellent. If you like a little fun at night, the bands and dancing at the center (which is a pleasant walk from the house) are lots of fun for adults as well as children. Mini golf in the area as well as a water park, can give you a break from a day on the beach. The local restaurants offer some excellent sea food as well as other fare. The house is well maintained and always clean and neat when we arrive. Great place to stay and enjoy the sun and fun!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We used the house for a family weekend. It is in a great location and the perfect amount of space. Thankfully the weather held out so we were able to walk on the beach (which is right out the door)! Ian is very responsive to questions and the house is very well maintained.

This was my 15th year renting what my son affectionately calls "our beach house". The location is superb! You can set yourself up on the beach in the morning and have the convenience of a very short work back to the house while leaving your belongings on the beach. The owners are a wonderful family and attend quickly to even the smallest issue. The house is bright and cheerful and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are many activities in the area if you choose to leave the beach and a convenient store a short walk away. Excellent place to stay, you’ll never want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at your place. It was very comfortable and the weather was perfect. Eric was very accomodating, checked in with us numerous times and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Just wished the fish were biting better. Your uncle checked in with us and was a delight to talk to. Our neighbors were all very nice. Look forward to spending another vacation at the house. Enjoyed watching the fireworks on Wednesday from the beach and also saw a shooting star for the very first time. It was a very relaxing and lifted our spirits. Our elderly father, enjoyed sitting on the beach as well as the deck, and seemed revived. Look forward to spending time here again next season. Thank you for sharing your home with us. God Bless! :)

We stayed at this fabulous house a few weeks ago, and had a splendid time! I cannot imagine a better travel experience. It is a 30 second walk to the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! The people renting this home are the absolute nicest in the world, and they made sure that our stay was excellent. I seriously doubt that there is a better place to stay than this one. The house is plenty roomy with every necessary accomodation. I give this property a hundred stars and twenty thumbs up!

My girlfriends and I rented this property for a week this summer and had the time of our lives. The house was spacious, clean and well kept. The beach and location were perfect. Wonderful time! We will be going back and would highly recommend.
